JASPA Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 for management company of the

Manten Project Consortium which is the largest aviation cluster organization in

Japan. The Manten Project Consortium holds 175 member companies now and

the number is increasing. JASPA Co., Ltd. also inaugurated on the January 1st

2012 a new organization called ACPC (Aero Components and Parts Consortium)

*Yamato Alloy was originally founded in 1941 and established in 1953. We

specialize in the manufacture of special copper alloys with a long history. We

have all the equipments necessary for producing materials that include melting,

casting, forging, extruding, heat treatment and machining in our factory. We

TANIDA achieves high level special casting of aluminum base alloys to fine machining.

TANIDA developed the TKS Process (differential pressure pressurizing sand mold casting

process), and has been using it for several years. The TKS Process is applicable to

aluminum base alloys and magnesium alloys, and can create the sand mold casting without

any pinholes.

This is a new casting process that is especially suitable for thin wall and complex shape

casting. The reason for this is the casting manufactured through this special process does

not require the post-processing such as the HIP, but obtaining comparable high fatigue

strength.

The fuel system heat exchanger parts and exterior component parts, in relation to the

aircraft industry, head cylinders and cylinder blocks for Moto Grand prix racing

motorcycles, in relation to the automobile industry, and, most recently, vacuum chamber

parts for semiconductor processing equipment are manufactured thorough this special

process, and our customers have given high appraisals in view of the high quality, speedy

turns, and total cost reduction.

Moreover, TANIDA can conduct the fine machining through eight 5-axis machining centers

together with the abovementioned advanced casting. Our large 5-axis machining center,

with a maximum stroke of 1.5 meters, enables a fine machining of large-scale casting, such

as gearboxes.

The products manufactured through these advanced technologies are provided to the

customers with a guarantee of accuracy through our high measurement technique that

uses the latest CT system and a highly accurate digitizer.
