TROUBLE SHOOTING
SYMPTOM CAUSE REMEDY
After pressing Power
button not display
The key SW4 is off.
The bundy line is not good.
The clock frequency erred.
Flash EPPROM is not read.
Software is faulty
Key SW4, bundy lines, if need, you
must replace them.
Check the clock frequency, if need
replace with it.
Cleaning flash, replace or update the
system software.
After connecting the
PC, the MP3 doesnt
work.
L4 is not good.
The USB cable is not plugged
properly.
Flash is not read.
The main IC doesnt work.
The USB cable is not
connected to PC.
Key L4 open, if need, you must
replace with them.
Check the inference, cleaning flash
EPPROM or change it.
Look at main IC, replace with it.
Find USB cable not connect to PC.
The key is not
available not active
The key is hold on, or not
good in connecting.
Replace with the key.
