development of critical manufacturing equipment PECVD, LPCVD, and MOCVD for China's first
silicon based thin film photovoltaic cells, which has significantly improved semiconductor
equipment manufacturing level in China.

In the future, CHINT will march towards the targets of creating world famous brands and
