CEED Application Process
1) Read carefully this Booklet with Job
Description, Benefits and Requirements.
2) All the applicants for the position need to fill:
a. Personal Questions b. AIESEC Questions
Send your application with the following format:
Name_CountryName.pdf.
Applications must be emailed to [email protected] by
the 23th of December 2012 at 11:59pm GMT.
The selection process will be structured like this:
- Deadline App: 22nd December
- Final Confirmation: 23rd December

CEEDership Details
The CEEDership will last around 8 weeks and
preferred days are from 15th January until 15th April
2013. Anyway the exact days and period can vary,
after mutual agreement with the Portuguese MC,
for visa or other similar reasons.
The working days will be from Monday until Friday
included and the average working time per week is
25h hours. Saturday and Sunday is free with
possible exceptions due to conference or others.
The benefits of the CEEDersip are:
- 226 EUR fixed for two months that are for:
o Food
o Accommodation
o Underground (Transports)
- 470 EUR to distribute according to specific
needs. This will be negotiated by MC and
CEED.

- To do the underground pass you need to bring
12 EUR. The monthly payment is included on
pocket of 226 EUR.
- Every single personal spent will be CEED
responsibility.
- Office working space provided;
- Internet access in the office;

Fin CEED Job Description
• Create a finance education plan
• Education for the LCs
• Help LCs in education plan implementation (this can
include LC visits).
• Improve actual finance flow and implement it.
Your main goals and deliverables will be:
• Education flow created
• All LCs with job coaching
• Finance principles clear for all network
We are looking for:
• Experience in finance and internal process of all
areas.
• Clear perception how finance influences other areas.
• Good communication skills
• Effectiveness and high sense of action

ICX CEED Job Description
• Responsible for supporting Vice-Presidents of
Incoming Exchange on the construction of the national
portfolio and its implementation.
• Your main responsibility: ensuring creation of the
National Portfolios and supportive documents
Your main goals and deliverables will be:
• Support the construction and development of the
National Portfolios
• Support the development of the projects
• Training to the LCs
• Support the construction of the supportive
documents to the GCDP projects
We are looking for:
• Experience on running projects
• ICX and OGX flows knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Effectiveness and high sense of action

Sales CEED Job Description (2 Opportunities)
• Responsible for supporting Vice-Presidents of Sales
in selling and account management.
• Your main responsibility: segmentation, product
packaging, selling and account management
Your main goals and deliverables will be:
• Portfolio creation (with MC VP Sales);
• Regulation and process designing for the delivery of
national partnerships;
• Creation of a servicing plan for each company;
• Raising national partnerships (financial and
exchange).
We are looking for:
• Experience in selling and account management
• ICX flow knowlegde
• Good communication skills
• Effectiveness and time management
