DESIGN/FACILITATE TRAINING COURSES

Better learning leads to better project imple-mentation and training is about so much more than just giving people information. We have helped many clients design and deliver bespoke courses. We believe that training packages should use a mixture of methods and we always follow-up with participants. We provide face-to-face training, mentoring, user-friendly manuals or design/host e-learning materials.

EVALUATE YOUR WORK

We design and implement evaluations to ensure that successes are documented and lessons are learnt. We use a range of methods appropriately developed for the project and the questions to be answered. We provide practical recommen-dations for the future and produce easy-to-un-derstand reports.

Aid Works helps organizations in Africa to strengthen their systems and supports local and international development workers to reach their potential.
