The diploma course in pharmacy should prepare licensed
pharmacists for better job opportunities in state and central hospital pharmacies, self employment as druggist and drug manufacturer.
This basic course in pharmacy is a formal educational preparation
which should based on sound educational principles.

Rules and Regulations for Students
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited within the premises of
the college campus & hostel.
• Students are responsible for up keeping of their class rooms and
laboratories.
• Visitors are not allowed in class rooms.
• Visitors are allowed to meet the students only in the reception area.
• Only the visitors authorized by the parents at the time of admission
will be permitted to meet the students.
• The students are expected to be in the college campus at 10:00 am to
attend the Roll call.
• All electrical equipments / fans/lights should be switched - \off when
not in use
• The students must obtain prior written permission from the
principal/faculty, if they want to go out of college campus for any
purpose during college hours or for leave .
• Consuming alcohol, taking drugs, smoking, Chewing Gutkhas,
spitting on the wall & corridors are strictly prohibited and non
compliance will be penalized.
• No Student is allowed to carry /use mobile phones/laptops or any
gaming device during college hours.
• Fee should be paid as per the schedule given during admission .
Failing to pay the dues the hall ticket will not be issued . NO excuses
in this regard will be entertained.
Hostel Rules and Regulations for Student Nurses
• Students have to maintain high quality social, ethical and moral
environment in the college premises.
• Students are responsible for the safe custody of articles & valuables
kept by them in college campus. Any loss will be borne by them &
the college administration will not be held responsible for the loss or
safe custody.
• It is mandatory for all the students to follow the rules and regulations
of the college campus and failure to do so will attract disciplinary
action.
• Any undesirable activity or misconduct or disobedience of college
rules or act detrimental to the college environment of the students will
lead to his/her immediate expulsion from the college. Fee paid will
not be refunded and the security deposit will be forfeited.
• Complaints regarding any staff or faculty should be given in writing
to the Principal /management.
• College administration got the right to change/modify any rule,
regulation & fee structure without prior notice.
• All legal disputes will be settled in Sagar Judicial Court.
General Rules & Regulation• Candidate must apply in her/his own handwriting for enrolment for the Training.
• Candidate on being admitted in the Institution for a course should sign on the
declaration form provided for the purpose on the rules and regulations which is kept
with the Principal.
• Candidate will not be admitted to the course, unless She/He is found physically fit
by the member of the Medical Staff appointed by the head of Institution.
• Student Nurses will be under the supervision and guardianship of the Principal
throughout the period of their course.
• While on duty, they will be under the direction of the ward Sister or Staff-Nurses in
charge of the ward. When off duty, student nurses are not allowed to enter the
hospital wards without previous permission from the Principal/Hostel authorities.
• In the case of illness, the student nurse must report immediately to the
Principal/Warden.
• Student nurse is not allowed to receive gift or gratuity of any sort at any time from
the patients of the hospital or their relatives.
• Student nurse shall not be granted any leave of absence and this would impede
her/his training. In her/his own interest she/he must refrain from asking for the
same.
• While in training the conduct of the student nurse is expected to be strictly ethical.
• She/he is expected to observe the written and unwritten rules of the institution, and
take a healthy view in her/his studies and work and discharge her/his duties
cautiously so as to merit a place in the health team of the nation.
• No certificate on any account will be given before completion of the prescribed
period of training.
• Student Nurse not reporting for duty or refusing to do night duty or whose work or;
conduct is not satisfactory will be liable to be punishment may even dismissed.
• Student on admission should write their full name, permanent address and the name
and address of; a person who will be communicated in case of emergency.

• On the day of re-opening of the college the student should be ready to start work if for any
reason student comes late, she/he must see the principal along with an application requesting
for permission to attend the class/clinical.
• Student can take leave of absence from classes only with the prior permission of the
Principal.
• Misbehavior with any staff member of the college will result in being debarred from the
exam or expulsion from the institution.
• If the students are involved in any fighting or disturbing the environment he/she will be
suspended for 10 days from the institute.
• Ragging is an offense. Any student/students involved in such activities will be immediately
expelled from the institution.
• The student must clear all the dues of the college & hostel before the commencement of
exam otherwise she/he will not be allowed to attend the exams.
• Any student who damages the reputation of the college in any way is liable to be expelled.
• If any student discontinues the course he/she shall clear all dues for the remaining duration
of the course. The original educational certificate will be returned only on clearance of due.
• Each student should be punctual in attending the college during prescribed hours.
• Should will follow dress code while coming to the college and the clinical area.
• Should pay due respect to the faculty, staff members at the college, clinical area and out side
the college premises.
• All students should be present in the college on the last & the first working days of the
vacations.
• If the student returns late after the vacation, a fine of rupees 25/- will be charged for each
day of absence.
• If the students have any problem. They should inform the class representative and the class
representative will intimate to the class coordinators. If the problem is not solved at the class
coordinator's level. Then the class coordinator will present to the Principal. No students
should by-pass the above mentioned channels. Unless until problem is utmost urgent/serious
or on emergency.
General Rules & Regulation (Continue)
• All the student should pay the fees before starting of the academic year.
• If any student found consuming liquor or narcotics in College premises or in clinical
area he/she will be suspended from the Institute for a specific period or may be
expelled from the institution.
• Possession of weapons, explosive and other objectionable material in
Institute/Hostel will result in being expelled from the Institution and the student will
be handed over to local police.
• Prior permission is mandatory to organize or attending any meeting/seminar/social
get together other than the one organized by the College authorities.
• Non co-operation with instructors/tutors, superiors or fellow students for proper
discharge of duties in hospital/institution will result in being debarred from the
exam or expelled from the institution.
• A student is not allowed to soliciting any monetary gain or other advantages from
the patient or their relatives.
• Disrespectful behavior or misbehavior towards any patient, their relatives, fellow
students or staff member of the Institution/Hospitals will be punishable.
• A student will intimate in writing to the Principal for changing of address.
• No Student shall leave the College/Town without obtaining prior permission from
the competent authority.
• Fess once deposited will neither be refunded back nor adjusted in any
circumstances.
• No Political activity or taking active part in politics is permitted. Any violation will
result in being expelled from the Institution. No student is permitted to visit any
Hospital/College/Institutions except the nominated Hospitals or Clinical area by the
authorities.
