Job Duties:

Support the preparation of assessment-related documentation for submission to UK validating partner institutions.

Liaise between Faculty staff and the Quality & Validation Office in the drafting, review and distribution of the end of semester and summer assessment period examination schedules.

Allocate staff to invigilation duties in accordance with agreed criteria and act as first point of contact during examination periods for any invigilation issues.

Ensure that appropriate arrangements are made for students with special needs in examinations.

Assist in the arrangements for in-class tests etc that are held under examination conditions outside the main examination periods.

Assist in ensuring the secure storage of examination papers and scripts and the secure disposal of exam-related confidential waste.
