SPECIAL RATES FOR HOTELS IN AND AROUND GENEVA - 2014

Special rates for 2014 for hotels in and around Geneva available to delegates attending IRU meetings

Members of the IRU are kindly requested to find attached (Annexe 1) the corporate rates for 2014 available for their delegates attending IRU meetings. A free Geneva public transport card is provided by all hotels for each reservation for the entire stay.

Delegates are requested to make their own bookings, clearly identifying themselves as participants of an IRU meeting. In view of the agreements between the IRU and the hotels, they will only apply such rates if the delegates provide this information at the time of booking.

As these rates are reserved for IRU delegates, it goes without saying that they do not apply to third parties and that the hotels are at liberty to request confirmation from the Secretariat General.

The below rates may not be applicable for certain hotels during peak periods (conferences, city celebrations, etc.).
