Representative of the Project Proponent has attended the meeting. The Committee noted that it is a minor mineral mine lease project and the total mine lease area is less than 25 Ha, as such it comes under category of B2 as per MoE&F O.M.No. J-13012/12/2013-1A-II(I) dated 24.12.2013 .The Committee apprised the proposed Project based on the information provided in the Form 1 and Pre Feasibility Report. The Committee noted that the Project Proponent has not furnished proper Dump Management Plan (DMP).

Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended that the Project Proponent has to submit Dump Management Plan (DMP) for lease period/life of the mine to consider issue of EC to the Project.

Representative of the Project Proponent has attended the meeting. The Committee noted that it is a minor mineral mine lease project and the total mine lease area is less than 25 Ha, as such it comes under category of B2 as per MoE&F O.M.No. J-13012/12/2013-1A-II(I) dated 24.12.2013 .The Committee apprised the proposed Project based on the information provided in the Form 1 and Pre Feasibility Report. The Committee noted that the Project Proponent has not furnished proper Dump Management Plan (DMP).

11.218 Ha Colour Granite Mine of M/s.Ratna Enterprises, Sy.No.214, Agaram (V), Gudupalli (M), Chittoor District – Environmental Clearance – Reg.

Representative of the Project Proponent has attended the meeting. The Committee noted that the mine is in operation without obtaining Environmental Clearance.

Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended to REJECT the Environmental Clearance to this project and also to initiate further action as per MoE&F instructions on violation cases.

1.0 Ha Colour Granite Mine of M/s.Venkateswara Granite, Sy.No.54/P, Muddanapalli (V), Santhipuram (M), Chittoor District – Environmental Clearance – Reg.

The Project Proponent has attended the meeting. The Committee noted that the proposed mine is near to the Andhra Pradesh - Karnataka State boundary and two more mines are located in the area. Total extent of mining area including the mine under consideration is 5 Ha.

Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended that the proponent has to approach the MoEF&CC for EC.

Decision of the SEIAA: Agreed.

0.607 Ha Black Granite Mine of M/s.Sai Raghavendra Granites, Sy.No.98/3 Part, Kotqamakanapalli (V), Gudupalli (M), Chittoor District – Environmental Clearance – Reg.

The Project Proponent has attended the meeting. The Committee noted that the Project Proponent has not furnished the proper Dump Management Plan (DMP) and the proposed mine area is near to the Inter- State Boundary.

Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended that the proponent has to submit Dump Management Plan (DMP) for lease period/ life of the mine and certificate from Mines and Geology Department on details of existing mines and mines issued with Environmental Clearance within 500 mts from the proposed mine.

The Committee also noted that the Project Proponent has not furnished the proper Dump Management Plan (DMP) and the Basavapalli Village is located at 100 mts from the proposed mine.

Representative of the Project Proponent attended the meeting. The Committee noted that the APMDC Limited has filed the application for Environmental Clearance at MoEF&CC, New Delhi.

Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: The Committee after detailed discussion recommended that the project proponent has to approach MoEF&CC, New Delhi for transfer of application to the SEIAA, Andhra Pradesh for appraisal.

The Committee noted that it is a minor mineral mine lease project and the total mine lease area is less than 25 Ha, as such it comes under category of B2 as per MoE&F O.M.No. J-13012/12/2013-1A-II(I) dated 24.12.2013 .The Committee apprised the proposed Project based on the information provided in the Form 1 and Pre Feasibility Report. Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended that the proponent has to approach the MoEF&CC, New Delhi for EC.

4.90 Colour Granite Mine of Sri S. Subramanyam, Sy. No. 344, Naragallu Village, Gudipala Mandal, Chittoor District – Environmental Clearance – Reg.

The representative of the Project Proponent has attended the meeting. The Committee noted that it is a minor mineral mine lease project and the total mine lease area is less than 25 Ha, as such it comes under category of B2 as per MoE&F O.M.No. J-13012/12/2013-1A-II(I) dated 24.12.2013 . The proposed mine is near to the Andhra Pradesh – Tamil Nadu State boundary. Assistant Director of Mines and Geology Dept, Chittoor informed that there are no other mines existing within 500 mts from the proposed mine.

Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee has recommended to issue EC to the project.


Agenda Item: 67.17

3.607 Ha. Dolomite Mine of M/s. Saketh Minerals, Sy. No. 252, Nagarur (V), Yadiki Mandal, Ananthapur District – Environmental Clearance – Reg.

The representative of the Project Proponent has not attended the meeting and requested through their consultant for postponement of the case.

Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended to defer the case to next meeting.

The Committee noted that The proposed project is located in the inter State boundary (Andhra – Tamil Nadu).The committee noted that information provided by the AD, Mines and Geology, Chittoor has not covered details of Eswar and Royal granite Mines presented by the consultant.

Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended that the project proponent has to submit details of existing mines and mines issued with EC located within 500 mts including status of Eswar and Royal granite Mines certified by AD, Mines and Geology, Chittoor to consider the project proposal .

The representative of the Project Proponent has attended the meeting. The Committee noted that the proposed project is located in the inter State boundary and total mining area is 6.5 Ha.

Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended that the project proponent has to approach the MoEF&CC , Delhi for the EC.

The Committee noted that the proposed project is located in the inter State boundary and total mining area is more than 5 Ha in the area. Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended that the project proponent has to approach the MoEF&CC , Delhi for the EC.

1.0 Ha. Colour Granite Mine of Sri C. Vidya Sagar, Sy. No. Gap area of Ramakrishnapuram Village, Ramakrishnapuram (V), Palasamudram Village, Chittoor District – Environmental Clearance – Reg.

Representative of the Project Proponent has attended the meeting. The Committee noted that it is a minor mineral mine lease project and the total mine lease area is less than 25 Ha, as such it comes under category of B2 as per MoE&F O.M.No. J-13012/12/2013-1A-II(I) dated 24.12.2013 and it is in the inter State boundary ( Andhra –Tamil Nadu) with lease area less than 5 Ha. The Committee apprised the proposed Project based on the information provided in the Form 1 and Pre Feasibility Report. As per information furnished by the Assistant Director Mines and Geology Department , Chittoor there are no other mines existing with in 500 mts from this mine.

Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended to issue EC to the Project.

Project Proponent has attended the meeting. The Committee noted that the Project Proponent has not submitted the land documents of this project.

Recommendation of SEAC on 29.06.2015: After detailed discussion, the Committee recommended to REJECT the Environmental Clearance to this project for non-submission of the land documents .

for 2 cars in the case of 3 bed room flat and one car in the case of 2 bed room flat. Parking space at the rate of 10% shall be provided for guests.

2. The proponent shall provide the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity 200 KLD. As the treated effluent is proposed for recycle, the suitable disinfection system is to be provided in addition to the STP proposed in the EMP.

3. As committed, dual plumbing system to be provided for reuse of the treated effluent for flushing and other purposes.

4. Solar Energy systems to be planned to utilize at least one third of the roof area.5. The building shall be designed for compliance with earth quake resistance and resisting

other natural hazards. 6. The proponent shall use only fly ash based products for construction, such as cement or

concrete, fly ash bricks or tiles or clay fly ash bricks, or bricks, blocks or tiles or cement fly ash bricks or blocks or similar products or a combination or aggregate of them as required under MOEF notification S.O.763(E) d 14.9.1999 amended thereof.

7. Provision for Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) is to be made for collection, usage and also for ground water table maintenance.

8. The proponent shall use only LED lights in the common areas and internal roads.9. The proponent shall create Corpus Fund of Rs. 1.1 crores to ensure continuous operation

of STP. 10. The proponent shall obtain required clearances if any from all regulatory Departments
