The powerful Adworks software allows us to tailor the broadcast content to your precise needs. All content is conceived by our creative team, working with you and your agency as appropriate, and is produced using professional artists and the latest facilities and techniques.

To illustrate the power and range of Adworks Instore Media, content can include: !  Company and product branding and image using logos, music selection, jingles etc. !  Monthly broadsheet retail product advertising, existing TV advertising, special

promotional offers, competitions, launches backed by an interactive sms response service, store communications and staff training, product promotions, etc.

!  Suppliers’ radio / TV advertising. Note that, because of Adworks’ unique ability to produce proof of delivery of this advertising, suppliers will be more willing to pay for this exposure which can offset the cost of the service to our customers

How It Works

An Adworks server is supplied and installed at each remote site and loaded with Adworks proprietary software. It is in continual contact with the central Adworks server in order to download content and schedules in real time.

The remote server can deliver both radio and TV services and requires no pre-existing internet connection. It is extremely robust and has self-checking features which allow it to detect any break in communication and rectify it, so no checking by the user is necessary. Even when the link to the central server is temporarily lost, the remote system will continue to deliver content to the specified schedule.

Sound broadcasting of CD quality is achieved through an existing PA system, if already installed, or one provided by Adworks. Adworks Instore Radio can also be connected to the store’s PABX system as a broadcast medium to telephone callers placed on hold.

If both radio and TV are installed then the radio broadcast, transmitted by the PA system, can be synchronized with the TV picture to provide a far superior broadcast than if the speakers on the TV monitor were used.

The central server monitors the actual operation of each remote site at 20 second intervals in order to maintain activity logs and detect any problems, which can then be rectified remotely.

This combination of features provides the user with an unrivalled product in terms of ease of use, flexibility and reliability.

Operational Reporting

Where other systems rely on users at remote sites to monitor and report on system operation, Adworks keeps central management fully in the picture with regular reports: !  Detailed logs showing dates and times each content element was broadcast per site !  Proof of delivery and flighting of third party content !  A monthly summary of overall system uptime !  Alerts via sms or email to the responsible person of system downtime.

Adworks Instore Media makes it easy to communicate regularly with staff in outlying areas, which can have a positive impact on morale and can

significantly improve sales.

In addition to communicating with customers the Adworks facilities can be a powerful tool in addressing and motivating staff in remote areas where they may otherwise feel cut off from the company’s identity, products, procedures, and marketing approach.

Affordability

Adworks Instore Media is exceptionally affordable – and can even become self-funding or revenue-generating with third-party supplier advertising.

The costs of using the unique Adworks service have two components:

Once-off Installation Fee covering: !  On-site server hardware, TV monitors, speakers and cabling as required !  Adworks proprietary software !  Configuration and set-up.

Monthly Service Fee per remote site covering: !  Production of customised audio and visual content up to an agreed limit of new inserts

per month. (Production of additional inserts will subject to an additional fee.) !  Updates of previous content from your Adworks library !  Scheduling, distribution and broadcasting of all content !  Real time operational monitoring and management reports !  Technical support service.

All costs are quoted per customer and vary according the number of remote sites and other factors.
