    The University requires Assistant Professors/Veterinarian(for Dairy Farm)on contractual basis to run the following courses at its Rajiv Gandhi South Campus,

    Barkachha(Mirzapur)/Main Campus, BHU for the academic session 2013-14, which may be extended, if required. The person engaged as Assistant

    Professor/Veterinarian on purely job contract basis shall be paid Rs.30,000/-per month (plus NPA as per rule to Veterinarian/Veterinary Doctor only). The

    candidates having minimum qualifications and fulfilling other eligibility conditions may appear for walk-in-interviewalongwiththeirbio-data(affixed a photograph at it)enclosing therewith one set of photocopies of certificates and mark-sheets in support of qualifications and experiences, etc. at the Office of the Dy. Registrar,

    Note: Notwithstanding anything c ontained in sub-clauses (i) and (ii) above,

    exemption from the requirement of the minimum eligibility criteria of

    NET/SLET/SET shall be given as per UGC Regulations on Minimum

    qualifications for appointment of teachers and other Academic Staff in

    Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards

    in Higher Education 2010 and as per the relevant directions issued by

    UGC in this regard.

    General Instructions to the Candidates1. The engagements are on purely job contract basis for specific work for the current academic session 2013-14 but is likely to continue, but the posts at Sl.No.

    16 to 24 will continue for academic session 2013 or till the permanent incumbent joins.

    2. Eligibility of a candidate and satisfaction of any other criteria shall be considered as on date of walk-in-interview.

    3. In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection, the decision of the University shall be final.

    4. The University reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post(s) at any time without giving any reason or may increase or decrease the number of posts.

    5. Relaxation of 5% marks (from 55% to 50%) will be provided at the Masters level in case of SC/ST candidates for the post of Assistant Professor.

    6. The candidates should bring their original certificates/marksheets for verification at the time of walk-in-interview.
