Kelly Desy• Kelly Desy’s sustainable development project experience spans seven

years and five continents;

• working with and leading a variety of policy research and economic development projects for clients including the US Peace Corps, World Resources Institute, the World Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank. 

• Kelly manages SolFocus’ government programs and public-private partnership business development activities, managing efforts for collaborative projects for SolFocus with the Department of Energy, municipal utility districts, local governments, and in the US-Mexico border region. 

• Ms. Desy received a Master of International Affairs in Sustainable Economic Development and Environmental Policy from Columbia University in New York.
