Existing Modifications to BaselineCSI processes focused on submitting, reviewing and delivering modifications already developed by customers into the baseline product. Once in baseline, SunGard is responsible for all maintenance and enhancement work completed on the software.p

Customer Development with a Focus for BaselineCustomers that wish to develop new modifications in house, but with the ultimate goal of delivery and adoption into baseline. The CSI processes that support this effort are in process. Customers could present their proposed modifications to a review committee for initial feedback and approval. Upon periodic review of the project and adherence to baseline standards, modifications will easily migrate to baseline
