Revised report: April 9, 2012

The report was revised to remove all detections for Sample ID: 545BSAAE-GR.

Analyst and reviewer error caused the incorrect reporting of several analytes that were

outside retention time windows and did not meet confirmation criteria.

Sample Preparation:

The water samples were extracted according to EPA method 619. All holding

times were met.

Sample Analysis Information:

The samples were analyzed for Triazine Herbicides according to EPA method 619

using a Hewlett Packard GC equipped with an NPD.

Quality Control/Assurance

Spike Recovery

A laboratory control spike (LCS) was used for quality assurance. All spike

recoveries met acceptance criteria.

Sample 545XCCART-GR,MS was designated by the client for MS/MSD

analysis. All MS/MSD acceptance criteria were met.

Method blanks

No target compound was detected at or above the reporting level.

Surrogates

Surrogate recoveries are summarized on the form 2 & 8. All surrogate

recoveries were within control limits.

Calibration

The initial and continuing calibrations were performed according to the

method. All calibration acceptance criteria were met.

Summary:

No problem was encountered. The data generated are acceptable.
