1. Question: Will there be a pre-bid meeting on this? This solicitation does not mention a

pre-bid meeting or date. Nor, do I see any plans. Are there roof plans?

Answer: There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project (see Part II, Section 3.4 of the

Project Book). The drawings are attached to this addendum.

2. Question: Spec. section 01010 - Scope of Work

Item 1.02 Project Description, C & D shows existing roof system compositions and new

roof system compositions. I was unable to locate plans showing where these sections occur.

Will a roof plan be made available that will denote which areas are A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H,

I ?

Answer: The drawings are attached to this addendum.

3. Question: Where can I find drawings for the above referenced project?

Answer: The drawings are attached to this addendum.

4. Question: We have noticed that there are documents downloaded to the City web site

regarding this project but there are no plans. Please confirm that the attached photo is of

the building being re-roofed.
