SJZ Series Conical Twin-Screw Extruder

SJZ series conical twin-screw extruder is a highly efficient agglomerating and extruding equipment. Machines of this series fea-ture low shearing rate, uneasy degradation , even plasticization and agglomeration, reliable quality ,wide application range and long servicing life. Using PVC powder as raw material for a direct forming, the exturders perform an excellent effectiveness. These machines have automatic temperature control, vacuum gas exhaustion, oil cooled screws, stepless speed regulation, as well as a forced feeding and self-cleaning mechanism.

Machines of this series have wide application. With appropriate extruding heads, screws and other auxiliaries, they are able to di-rectly convert plastics into pipes, plates, bars, films, hollow cross-section products.

SJP Series Parallel Twin-Screw Extruder

According to new requirement of large diameter PVC pipe extrusion line, PVC plate extrusion line and high speed profile extrusion line, Shanghai Jwell developed SJP series counter rotation parallel twin-screw extrud-ers. This extruder has long L/D ratio screws, low-temperature plasticization and mixing unit, large torque speed reduction system, long-life bearing and reliable electrical control system.

For the L/D ratio, we improve it to 26:1 or 28:1 from the initial 18:1. This improvement asks for more technology for the temperature control in the screw core.

Special designed long-life bearing and high torque gearbox ensures the long using life of the extruder. This ex-truder can adopt dosing feeding or gravity feeding. The barrel cooling has high efficient air-cooling method or oil circulation cooling method.

Features:PP super silent water drainage pipe extrusion line is using the 3-layer co-extrusion technology, this line has two or three extruders. The

inner and outer layers of the pipe are extruded by one or two extruders, the material is modified PP, and the middle layer is extruded

by another extruder and the material is a special soundproof viscoelastic material, the main ingredient of this soundproof viscoelastic

material is the compound of nonorganic mineral filler, PP and thermoplastic elastomer. The controlling system of this line is Siemens

PLC and this line is equipped with a HMI, the line is elegance in appearance and the line has high automation and stable performance.

● Excellent sound proof ability: By adding the special

material, the density and micro structure of the pipe can

be adjusted, the pipe can absorb the hearable sound wave

so that the sound wave can be prevented from transmitted

to outside. The noise reduction effect is better than the

cast iron’s.

● Superstrong anti chemical corrosion ability: The inner

layer of the pipe can resist the acid upto PH2, and the inner

layer of the pipe can resist the alkali upto PH12.

resist the water temperature upto 95℃, and the instant

pipe is not only protecting the structure of the middle

PVC Profile Extrusion Line

This machine uses the special designed screw and barrel, die and extrusion process to produce plastic and wood products. The series of products are: One step thick plastic and wood plate extrusion machine, one step plastic and wood profile extrusion machine, one step plastic and wood decoration plate extrusion machine, plastic and wood pelletizing machine and different kinds of plastic and wood dies.This machine can use the one step extrusion method and also it can use the two-step extrusion method after pelletizing. DYSSG Plastic Pipe Shredder Unit

DYSSG series plastic pipe shredders are suitable for shredding the PE,PP,PVC pipes directly which are with the diameter of 1200mm, the length of 3-6m and there is no need cutting the pipes in advance. The rotary speed of the machine is slow and stable, various types of pipes are put into flat feeding tank, then the feeding tanks are closed automatically and the pipes are pushed into the center of the axis for shredding by the hydraulic device. After the first shredding, the materials are transported by belt conveyor for second shredding until getting the required size of granules.The uppermost advantage of this series shredder is that it can save a lot of energy and amount of workforce. Besides, the whole working process is safe and effective and the system is controlled by PLC central controlling system.

DYPS-H series high output thin-film special use crushers are designed for crushing the materials which are hard to be crushed, especially for the materials which are with good toughness or mixing with other materials. The capacity of the crusher is very high especially when it deals with the thin film materials. The rotor is designed with a all-steel structure and spiral-scattered subsection blades. The special design can reduce the damage to the main axis causing by the bulk materials and mixed materials. Both the crusher chamber and screen are opened and closed by hydraulic device. It can save a lot of time for replacing the blades and screen. DYPS-H series crushers work in a low speed so that it produces less dust and low noise. In order to put the friction which generated during the crushing process into use of washing process, the machines can be used in the wet state as well.

Plastic Casting Roller

If the roller needs to be heated or cooled, we can provide

the different kinds of special inner flow structures. The

roller which has the spiral inner flow channel is a high-
