As an active industry professional, she is devoted to helping organizations reach their full potential by helping them understand the traits of their human capital through education and research. She provides personal and in depth experience to all her clients. She is not only

dedicated to the field of human resources but also to education. Ms. Arias recently traveled to Rome, Italy for a presentation on ethics education at the 2010 Global Conference of Business and Economics.

Ms. Arias is a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has a B.A. degree from Loyola Marymount University and an M.B.A. from California State University of Bakersfield.
