Scale out and scale up Climate Action in Latin America
Deepen and expand partnership with groups, coalitions and networks of local governments, community based organizations, business cameras, Chaco actors and others.
Enhance awareness and capacities of non-state actors on
climate action by”massive open online courses” (MOOC) and a community of practice.
Support subnational governments and non-state actors engagement in the implementation and revision of NDCs in at least 3 countries.
Expand partnerships with international organizations, knowledge and finance partners and with the Global Climate Action Agenda under UNFCCC.
