Content& Schedule

ART AND CRAFT

On 11th January 2018, 11:00 am onwards,

At PCCOER Campus, Ravet , Pune.

Schedule of the program: 9th January, 2018 04:00pm-06:00pm- Rangoli and Mehandi Competition 11th January, 2018 11:00 am - Arrival of the Principal sir, HOD’s of all department and Facultites. 11:10 am – Inauguration of event with ribbon cutting. 11:10am –11:50 am- Exhibition of art by Students. 11:50am- Prize distribution 9:30 pm – Vote of Thanks.

3. Event details

Art and Craft, Scheduled on 11th January, 2019 was memorable and fun

event in PCCOER family. It started at 11 am sharp with inauguration with

ribbon cutting.

Volunteering Committee played a better role in carrying

out the event successfully right from the start till the end.

Rangoli and Mehandi competitions were carried out on 3rd floor

at 4pm. Painting, Drawings, best from waste art, etc were

collected by volunteer before 10th January, 2019. Participants art

were well organized by volunteers. Selfi-Statue of PUB-G was one

of the enjoyable parts of event.

Prize distribution ceremony was initiated after exhibition

of art and winners were honored by Principal sir.

The functioned ended with group photo and a vote of

thanks by Event Co-coordinator

In this way a successful event was experienced.

5. Program Outcome achieved:

GADKARI KARANDAK 2019 Report

Every year Ram Ganesh Gadkari Karandak is held at Ramkrushna More auditorium. Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Research Ravet had participated in the same .This was a district level competition. This gives the students an opportunity to understand the different cultural fields of theatre. It is an opportunity for the students to test their accomplishments at the district level. This gives them the exposure and is a celebration of cultural diversity a unity in diversity. The district level Gadkari Karandak 2019 was held on the 14th of Feb 2019.

Report – LANTERN Exhibition (26th October 2018)

The Art Circle had organised a ‘LANTERN Exhibition’ on

26th October 2018 at 5:00 pm. Students of the PCCOER, Principal

Sir Dr. H.U. Tiwari and various teachers of the college along with

faculty from the FE department were present at the exhibition.

The beginning of the programme was marked with the

inauguration of the exhibiton by the hands of principal sir. The

students of FE Dept. poured their creativity into making the

lanterns. Almost all the lanterns made were environment friendly.

Alongwith that, also a DIYA Exhibition was conducted. Diyas

were painted with colors for the exhibition. Also a mud fort was

constructed by the FE students in the centre of the room. It was

decorated with mud articles, rangoli and plants. There events were

organised to bring the students together on the occasion of diwali. It

was a fun event.

Art Circle aims at identifying the enthusiasm of the students from

the first year of engineering. Students plan activities for themselves

as above. Activities on various areas, co-curricular and extra-

curricular are being arranged.

REPORT ON ELOCUTION COMPETITION UNDER ART CIRCLE Pimpri-Chinchwad College of Engineering& Research arrangedElocution Competition under Art

Circle on Wednesday17/10/2018.

1. Students from FE &SE were participated for the Elocution Competition.

2. The objectives of this workshop are:

• To demonstrate their knowledge and skills by presenting their speech.

• To increase Knowledge of student.

• To improve Self Presentation Skills.

3. Art circle coordinator Mrs.PriyaOghe and all other faculties from other department were Present

for Elocution Competition. They motivate as well as appreciate the skill of the students .

For the competition students prepared speech in Marathi/Hindi/English language for 10 minutes.

Topics given for competition are-

Yuvak Mahotsav 2018 Report

Every year Youth Festival Program is held under SPPU for which the different colleges participate in it. Yuvak Mahotsav 2018 is held at the district level. These activities bestow the students an opportunity to understand the different parts of Maharashtra as well as the country. It is an opportunity for the students of Pune University to test their accomplishments at the state level as well as national level. This gives them the exposure and is a celebration of the cultural diversity and a unity in diversity. The Board of Students Welfare takes special care and interest that the students of the University /colleges/ institutes participate in these festivals with great zest. With reference to this, the District level Intercollegiate Youth Yuvak Mahotsav 2018 was held on the 15th Nov 2018.The mahotsav Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Research Ravet had proved their mettle and won prizes in it.
