    Harin Gatha Milk Production System

    In order to revive the Hiran Ghata Milk Production System I have to take sharp strategies as

    well as new plans to develop the market, brand and to create loyal customer again in the

    market.

    I will go through following steps for reviving the company:

    1)Create a vision and mission: I will create a new vision and mission for the acquiredcompany. I will try to make the things more ethical and it should be customers as well as

    employee oriented. Serving the customers by providing quality and cheaper product in

    the market. I will try to make the hiring of employee more transparent and will create

    good working culture.

    2)In-depth insight: This is the key to increase relevance and understanding key drivers ofpurchase intent. Here we get into the heads and hearts of the customer to learn their

    rational needs and emotional wants and desires. Who are they? How do they live? How

    do they want to live and how can this refreshed milk company reside at the cross sections

    of the customers' lives?

    3)Do some research: I will find out all the history of the Hiran Ghata Milk ProductionSystem, how it was founded, how it changed, and what things remains that is worth

    saving? That doesnt mean just researching clippings. It means talking to retired staffers,

    who know why things worked, and why things didnt. I will also do the market survey to

    know the needs and want of customers, what will be their perceived value for theorganization, what is their purchasing power and what kind of product they require. This

    process is not about finding out just about what went wrong, but what works.

    4)Look for fans: Since the Hiran Ghata Milk Production Systems name is there in themind of people after 50 years. I will try to leverage that and attract old customers and try

    to advertise my company by the word of mouth. It will create positive brand awareness

    in the rural area also.

    5)Manufacture commemorative and specialty products: I will increase the product lineand try to manufacture new milk products addressing the need of target customers. The

    new products will be such that people can relate and use it n their day to day life. It will

    be easy for them to introduce the products in their lifestyle.

    6)Introduction of technology: I will introduce latest technology available in the market. Itwill make the milk product more hygienic, long life cycle, nutrients and easy to use so

    that every customers can use and consume the product without any trouble. Use of

    technology will also help in getting the economics of scale, thus I can have more cost

    efficient product to serve the nation.
