The RTITB Partner Achievement Award is designed to recognise members’ accomplishments over the past year and to encourage and reward best practice in training.

The winning companies will be determined based on performance over the year and will be announced at the Partner Conference 2017. Points for consideration will include:

� RTITB trainee numbers � Audit outcomes � Your customer feedback

Each winner will receive a trophy and the top three prizes will include:

Gold Award - £2000 of shopping vouchers

Silver Award - £1000 shopping vouchers

Bronze Award - £500 shopping vouchers

RTITB strongly believes RTITB training benefits the industry by significantly reducing risk, changing behaviours and improving efficiency. We are dedicated to working together in partnership with all of our members to achieve optimum industry safety and productivity.

This is the second time we have run the RTITB Partner Acheivement Award. The award was initially launched at the 2015 RTITB Partner Conference and is open to all commercial RTITB accredited organisations and Master Driver CPC Consortium members.

Partner Achievement Award Criteria:

In order to be considered for the Gold, Silver and Bronze RTITB Partner Achievement Awards 2017, RTITB members will be assessed under the following conditions:

Accredited Organisations Criteria:

We will look at the number of NORS registrations made in the period from 1st January 2015 – 31st December 2015 (period 1) and compare that against the NORS registrations made during 1st January 2016 – 31st December 2016 (period 2).

You will be eligible* if you are currently (on 31st December 2016) an accredited RTITB organisation delivering commercial training and you meet one of the following criteria:

� You registered 0-50 trainees in period 1 and have increased the number of registrations to 100 or more in period 2

� You registered over 50 trainees in period 1 and have increased this number by 10% or more in period 2

� You were not accredited in period 1 and you register more than 65 trainees on NORS in period 2

*If you meet the above criteria when we run the report on 31st December 2016 you will automatically be entered in

the awards unless you notify us otherwise via email to [email protected].

We will then review:

� Audit reports from your last two visits � The number of NORS applications

rejected in period 2 � The NORS feedback scores in

period 2

We will then shortlist:

If you are one of the 20 shortlisted organisations, we will contact three of your customers for testimonials. All customers contacted will be asked to complete a short telephone interview/questionnaire with RTITB staff.

Master Driver CPC Consortium Member Criteria:

We will look at the number of MDRS registrations made in the period from 1st January 2015 – 31st December 2015 (period 1) and compare that against the MDRS registrations made during 1st January 2016 – 31st December 2016 (period 2).

You will be eligible* if you are currently (on 31st December 2016) a Master Driver CPC Consortium member delivering commercial training and you meet one of the following criteria:

� You registered 0-70 drivers in period 1 and have increased the number of registrations to 140 or more in period 2

� You registered over 70 drivers in period 1 and have increased this number by 10% or more in period 2

� You were not a Master Driver CPC Consortium member in period 1 and you register more than 65 trainees on MDRS in period 2

*If you meet the above criteria when we run the report on 31st December 2016 you will automatically be entered in

the awards unless you notify us otherwise via email to [email protected].

We will then review:

� Audit reports from your last two visits � The number of MDRS applications queried in period 2 � The MDRS feedback scores in period 2

We will then shortlist:

If you are one of the 20 shortlisted organisations, we will contact three drivers who were trained by your organisation, for testimonials. All drivers contacted will be asked to complete a short telephone interview/questionnaire with RTITB staff.

Terms & Conditions

1. The award is free to enter and open to all RTITB accredited organisations and master driver CPC consortium members delivering RTITB training commercially.

2. Employees of RTITB or any of their subsidiary companies, their relatives, agents or anyone else connected with this award are not eligible to enter. No third party entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

3. The award closing date for all RTITB accredited organisations and master driver CPC consortium members is 31st December 2016 at 23.59pm.

4. There is a limit of one entry per RTITB accredited organisation or master driver CPC consortium member organisation.

5. RTITB reserves the right to refuse the prize if details or information supplied are untrue, inaccurate or misleading, fail to abide by these terms and conditions and/or (in RTITB’s reasonable opinion) are in breach of these terms.

6. RTITB will not accept responsibility for the loss of any Entrant details from RTITB accredited organisations or master driver CPC consortium members.

7. The winning companies will be notified at the RTITB Partner Conference 2017 or within fourteen days of the conference.

8. The selection of the winning companies made by RTITB representatives will be final and binding.9. The specifications for the winning prize are Gold: £2000 of shopping vouchers; Silver: £1000 of

shopping vouchers; and Bronze: £500 of shopping vouchers. The representatives from the winning companies are to be selected by the Owner/ Managing Director of each company. RTITB will have no involvement in the selection of the representatives.

10. The prizes will be sent to the winning RTITB accredited organisation or master driver CPC consortium member by courier within 60 working days of notification.

11. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cash alternatives will not be offered.12. The names of the winning companies will be announced at the 2017 conference, published on the

RTITB website and included in a press release after the announcement.13. Competition updates will be sent in both RTITB accredited organisations and master driver CPC

consortium member monthly bulletins.14. By entering this award all RTITB accredited organisations and master driver CPC consortium

members agree to participate in any non-paid publicity associated with the Partner Achievement Award and permit the use of their names and images in any publicity/promotional material associated with these awards.

15. RTITB accepts no liability for any tax whatsoever incurred on the prizes awarded to the winning companies. It is entirely the responsibility of each winning company to determine whether any tax is payable and, if payable, shall be each winning company’s responsibility to pay in its entirety.

16. In the event of a force majeure RTITB will not be liable for any of its obligations under this award or terms and conditions.

17. All rules, terms & conditions pertaining to this award are subject only to interpretation under English law.

18. RTITB reserve the right to cancel the Partner Achievement Award without notice or replacement.19. All companies who are both RTITB accredited and a master driver CPC consortium member, can

only qualify for the award under one of the eligibility criteria. RTITB will run a report against both criteria and RTITB reserve the right to select which criteria will be used.
