IntePros Consulting is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team based in Denver, CO
Day to day tasks are as follows:
- Full Life Cycle of IT Recruiting- Attend networking events, user groups and volunteer activities in the local community- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs- Manage, document and coordinate all communication with potential consultants- Prepare resumes for client presentation, perform reference checks and review results with
teammates- Coach candidates through the client interview process- Obtain leads and referrals
THE ROLERecruiter
REQUIRED SKILLS - Proven track record of success as a Technical Recruiter in the
IT Staffing industry for 1-2 years total- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g.
phone, Skype and structured)- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain
job requirements for IT roles- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume
databases- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media
recruiting and Boolean search)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE WALLS
The Plymouth Meeting office has been using new ways to connect with managers and consultants at the companies they work with. They brought in breakfast to multiple companies this quarter where they were able to meet the managers face to face that they had been trying to connect with. Providing breakfast is also a way to stay in touch with candidates we have placed and show them they are appreciated.
