    Summing up

    Lithuania is one of the leading country in the EUaccording to the massification of HE. BUT thereare still challenges we need to achieve.

    HE affordability, accesibility for individuals fromunrrepresented groups require special attention,deeper analysis and evidence based decisions inorder to ensure equal access to highereducation for all individuals despite their socio-economic background and other factors whichmay lead to educational disadvantage.
