fulfilling some of the conditions, e.g.:a. Competence Lecturers: S2 qualified to teach in
S1/Diploma Program b. Legal Foundation Statement by Ministry of Law and
Human Rightsc. 8 Standards of National Education
Affordability: ICT: distance Learning, e-learning, teaching and learning Scholarship availability especially to the poor (social
kindness) to increase the accessibility
Academic Policy Quality: a. Needs formally assessed by National Accreditation Boardb. Recognized by certain Proffssional Body and Community in
general c. No unemployment graduates (link to the job market and
match with the societal and industrial needs), means the higher education can empower graduates through the curriculum development
Equity: Man or woman has the same access to any study program,
except to the midwifery study program Promotion more to the incoming students especially for the
unbalance gender participants (e.g. phychology, teacher education on basic school, nurse , arts and languages)

CAPAIAN PEMBELAJARAN PROGRAM SARJANA menguasai dasar-dasar ilmiah disiplin ilmu dalam
bidang ilmu tertentu sehingga mampu mengidentifikasi, memahami, menjelaskan, mengevaluasi/ menganalisis secara kritis dan merumuskan cara penyelesaian masalah yang ada dalam cakupan disiplin ilmunya;
mampu menerapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan di masyarakat sesuai dengan disiplin ilmunya;
bersikap dan berperilaku/ berkarya dalam karir tertentu sesuai dengan norma kehidupan masyarakat;
mampu mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan/ atau seni.
