SJAC FOODS GROUPOperator OverviewSJAC’s President and CEO, Sterling Coleman, has a 15-year history of running well-established Zaxby’s locations around Atlanta, Georgia and Oklahoma City.
In 2003, Coleman opened his first Zaxby’s Restaurant. He currently owns and operates seventeen (17) successful Zaxby’s locations; 8 of which are in Atlanta market and 9 are in the Oklahoma City market.
Coleman has also been recognized for owning and operating the Franchise’s number one grossing location since 2014.
Prior to founding SJAC, Coleman embarked on a very successful corporate career working for Rudy Farms, a division of Sara Lee, Frito-Lay, RJ Reynolds and Prestone Antifreeze. It was during this time that Coleman was bitten with the entrepreneurial bug opening his first Zaxby’s in 2003.
