Prior to founding SJAC, Coleman embarked on a very successful corporate career working for Rudy Farms, a division of Sara Lee, Frito-Lay, RJ Reynolds and Prestone Antifreeze. It was during this time that Coleman was bitten with the entrepreneurial bug opening his first Zaxby’s in 2003.
