Whole Plant Based Cooking Classes – Cooking Classes taught by Kylee Melo have begun. The remaining dates are: March 27, April 24, and May 29, from 6:30-8:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. The registration deadline is 12:00 pm the Friday before each class. There is limited seating, so register soon with the church office, or on-line at www.carmsda.org and click on the banner.
CCK Bowling Night - Join us on March 17, from 7-9pm at Strikes Unlimited in Rocklin. We have reserved the “Back Alley” and there is limited space available. We are sad to announce that Heidi Shidler Matricia, daughter of Mickey (Carmichael’s previous Director of Music from 1984-88) and Marilyn Shidler passed away on December 21, 2017. A celebration of life for Heidi will be held today at the Orangevale SDA Church at 2:30 pm., 5810 Pecan Ave, Orangevale, 95662. The family has requested that no flowers be sent. It is with regret that we inform the Carmichael friends of Norman Herron that he passed away on February 16. A Memorial Service will be held in his honor today at 2:00pm, at the Auburn SDA Church. because it “gives us an opportunity to hear God’s voice, that is otherwise squelched in our hectic lives”?
