Install Module “Synchronize Database Magento With Vtiger CRM Extension”

Step 1: Unzip Package

Unzip file from your folder.

Step 2: Upload and Install in Magento Admin Panel

Go to System→ Magento Connect → Magento Connect Manager.

Click button and select file package. Click .

To setup Vtiger CRM configuration on Vtiger Connectivity page, first of all, Open your Vtiger CRM's database connectivity file i.e.; config.inc.php file in root directory of CRM. Here it will like below screenshot:

Find the arrow directed fields in your config.inc.php file and copy the value in appropriate field on Vtiger connectivity page.

Username: is the username for administrative access of Vtiger CRM (generally it is 'admin').

User Access Key: will be find on 'my preferences' Page in CRM after login as admin. Go to your Vtiger account and click on your profile name in the top right corner, then go to My Preferences.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, you can see the Access Key in User Advanced Options and copy the value in the appropriate field on Vtiger connectivity page.

Auto Syncing Guide Auto Syncing Guide: is method to synchronize automatically between

Magento site and Vtiger CRM. The 2 ways to auto syncing:

Option 1: You go to Vtigersyncing -> Auto syncing

Active: select yes to active this method.

Start Time: select time to start automatic syncing.

Frequency: you can configure for running the automatic syncing

follow: daily, week or month.

Option 2: You install the module as link below to manage and custom

cronjob. Installing this support module, we can support for you.

Step 1: Magento Connect Manager

Go to System→ Magento Connect → Magento Connect Manager

Look for nbm_mag_vtigersyncing_package, select Uninstall
