With this very motto in the heart, many likeminded people joined hearts… heads… hands... out of compassion to make a difference to the

society and conceptualized a trust in the name and style of FOUNDATION in the year 2006 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

under the provisions of Indian Trust Act. Since its inception the foundation has been undertaking various humanitarian works striving

hard in various fields to make a difference to the suffering and need. The Foundation seeks more hands in making this world a better

place to live in.

In today’s mechanized-corporate world, there are many people for whom life is a real joy… for few it may be suffering too. While some

fortunate ones see the opportunity in every problem and some see a threat in every issue. As all of us are aware that many people around

us lack basic amenities… some of them need little support to see light in their lives. It’s rather an opportunity to many fortunate people to

come forward and help those who are in real need.

There may be many people, who think & wish to assist the needy in their own ways, but very

rarely the thinking would convert in to ACTION and very few practice it in reality. Taking clue

from initiated many good

projects where by giving opportunity to likeminded people to translate every good thought

in to good Deed… in the process everyone would be given an opportunity to walk on their

talk… chance to practice what they preach in their own little ways. stands firmly for

the above cause, running for a difference and hoping for betterment with the help of the

people who wish to uplift themselves by serving the needy.

The works of has been very fruitful in its mission since beginning. Spearheaded

by its Board of Trustees, the Foundation has touched the hearts and brought cheers in

the lives of many who otherwise would have ended their lives in distress. Support and

services rendered to the poor and meritorious students, parentless poor girl kids,

students who are directionless have resulted in making their lives joyful and meaningful.

Many individuals have played vital and inspiring role through their generous gestures of help in their own ways in guiding through the

Foundations works of benevolence. It’s the goodwill of the participating individuals that makes the Foundation aim and see further for

more of such services to the deprived.

The very first initiative of the foundation was the renovation of an ancient temple which has been constructed 100 years ago at Kadavakolanu in Anantapur District of Andhra Pradesh. The said effort paved the way to the village community to make use of the improved facilities at the spiritual place. Apart from Renovation of the temple, facilities have been created to utilize the premises by the villagers for various community programs, perform Marriage functions and Bhajans etc., free of cost not only to the people of Kadavakolanu village but also to other people from surrounding villages as well.

is continuously working on Educare Projects through which it is successfully improving as many as 40 Students who are very meritorious but coming from poor economic background. Many of the students sponsored by the Foundation are now studying KG to PG (Engineering, MCA, Hotel Management, CA, etc.,) appeal for support and sponsorship for such students received immense support from the school/college managements and also from many kind hearted individuals.

All these students were personally verified and counseled about their needs and there after extended financial help from time to time till they settle in their life. Many of these students have undertaken that they would be doing their best through out their life to help the needy through foundation once they settle in their life.

To “N courage”, meritorious students of Class VII & X, declared CASH PRIZES & SILVER MEDALS every year since its inception, in ZP High School, Kadavakolanu and Sri Saraswathi Vidya Mandir, Tadpathri in Anantapur District of AP. It is giving lot of encouragement to the students over there.

is very regularly conducting programs for the Inter and Degree Students especially in the semi urban areas of AP by organizing CAREER AWARENESS PROGRAMMES, focusing mainly on Career Options, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, and Personality Development. Till now could successfully interact with about 50,000 students in the state of AP...the journey continues further as this is an important on going project.

co-sponsored a state level program conducted by ICSI, New Delhi,where in across the state of AP, 40 Professionals addressed about 40,000 students on various topics on 20th December, 2007

donated a room for girl students in the Arya Vysya Free Girls Hostel at Anantapur as the same is very beneficial for the poor girl students who come for their education from the villages and small towns in and around the City as majority of them come from very poor economical back ground.

at present is caring for about 4 orphan girls and 1 orphan boy who are being kept under the supervision of good Orphanages in Hyderabad. As the future of India, mainly depends on loving mothers. The Foundation has decided to adapt 10 orphan girl kids and make sure that they get nurtured well to become good individuals.

It helped as many as 100 orphan girls / boys, poor students across the state of AP, by providing and supporting them with very useful Air Bags for their use in the Hostels.

During every winter season, distributes blankets for the needy in the streets of small towns and villages of Anantapur District. Though it has been decided to distribute about 100 blankets during every winter season with the help of kind hearted sponserors, till now it is able to provide about 2,000 blankets in the state for the last 3 years.

The Future Plans and Programs

organizes medical camps in the remote villages of AP. The camps normally focus more on preventive medicine rather than curative aspect through health shows, dental camps, health & hygiene drives etc.

on the other hand always look around for helping most needy and critical Medical Cases. Till now many such cases being supported financially. If one individual who is in dire need comes out successfully then entire family would be relieved from stress and strain. They would be sure of rejuvenation in their life. Believing it hearty, as of date abhaya supported almost 10 Individuals whose Medical needs are more than Rs.5,00,000/- to come out of crisis.

Till now abhaya has done various “HEART” projects worth more than Rs. 40,00,000/- (Rs forty Lakhs) directly and indirectly in the last 3 years.

1. is able to procure about Rs.5,00,000/- for uplifting the old Siva Temple in Kadavakolanu in the year 2006.2. established a Computer Lab at Saraswathy Vidya Mandir where some elders are running it for very nominal fee, benefiting hundreds of middle class/lower middle class students.( Rs.1,50,000/-)3. sponsored for a room accommodation in proposed Vysya Hostel for Girls at Anantapur (Rs.50,000/-)4. sponsoring merit scholarships and silver medals for kadavakolanu and Tadpatri for the last 4 years now.(Rs.10,000/-) 5. is caring 4 orphan girl kids in Hyderabad completely since last 2 years. ( Rs. 1,20,000/-)

6. could distribute about 2,000 Blankets till today for the last 3 years (Rs.2,00,000/-)

7. could distribute about 300 dresses for the kids which is worth Rs.1, 20,000/-8. could support scores of critical cases and facilitated to get the operations done which is worth more than Rs.25,00,000/-9. is spending about Rs.1.00 Lakh PA for supporting about 30 meritorious students(KG to PG) for the last 4 years (Rs.3,00,000/-)

10. is able to meet and interact with more than 50,000 students till now for the past 3 years.11. is able to distribute almost 5000 books pertaining to Personality Development, Nation Building costing about Rs.20, 000/- across the state of Andhra Pradesh.12. organized small health camps in 2/3 villages.

The plan is that the foundation wanted to develop an infrastructure for kids and students so that they would be under direct care and control. Going forward, the foundation is very seriously working on the modalities through

which the project can be initiated in long term prospective. The foundation is very keen in Setting up Value Centers for kids and mothers in the villages where in Medical Care

along with pregnant care, pre natal care, Counseling for young girls & mothers, nurturing village children and youth with values, courage, leadership skills etc., would be taken up.

These centers would have facilities like Library, telephone, Internet class rooms, audio visual aids, inspirational stuff etc., to cater the needs of all the villagers.

also planning to sponsor meritorious and deserved students for their professional courses, initiate projects for rural youth /women empowerment etc.
