Dear abhayans,

It gives me immense pleasure in signing this page for the month with

deep sense of love and appreciation for abhaya. It is indeed a great

opportunity to share about how I am being transformed while travelling

with abhaya since 2006, the year of its inception and till date. My

contribution to this foundation is very much meager and insignificant, but

I could get numerous opportunities of interacting with people from all

walks of life, who stood as inspiration for me in enlightening me many

ways. I feel that people coming across in our way may be one time needy

for little care and money but they are sent us to transform our impurities

in the heart to a state of realization thereby given me an opportunity to

understand the purpose of LIFE.

Very few assignments in which I was involved, really made me to

improve my passion of giving back to society by learning live lessons for

realization and the transformation from living legends, unequal,

differently abled, despite they being under-privileged, not having any

access to any kinds of resources: When I see back in the past, I recall the

service opportunity I involved and amazed seeing the result are abhaya

hunt the winter, Mission Bhrmahayya, Mission Shopia Glory, Mission

Sarada, Mission Jyothi, Abhaya Atma Viaswasam Saloon Save Mukesh,

Awareness Programs, at various colleges at Anantapur, Penugonda,

Kadiri, Kuppam, Jammalamadugu, Proddator and pooling monthly

resources

During my journey with Abhaya, I could gather many gems like friends

from all streams of lives... knowing them asthey too are like-minded. I

have improved myself while doing my bit for the society in terms of

communications skills, soft skills, public speaking skill, analytical skills,

in understanding the life of destitute on roads. With this treasure of value

addition to my life, it became easy to me to handle Individual, Family,

Professional, Societal and godly responsibilities.

I am very much thankful for whole team of Abahya for kind gestures,

help, motivation, passion, positive thinking, hospitality, incredible

support and energy that was being given to me all through my

association. Today I can proudly say, I am a person living with a

difference. I owe a lot to abhaya for life long.

abhaya 5K Run... accelerated the speed of GOOD WORKThe Concept:With the divine will, the entire project came to reality in just one year time, all the civil works

at abhaya Home are completed and operations started with five people whose lives are

otherwise not cared by anyone. Though abhaya still needs to settle contractors bills to the

tune of Rs. 25 lakhs... considering the infrastructure available in hands, the team felt it

appropriate to spread the awareness of abhaya Home in and around Ibrahimpatnam villages.

The plan is to propagate the importance of community work and seek the public support in

running home on one hand and motivate young communities to be connected to abhaya

Home on the other hand.

Human effort - Divine intervention:While abhaya Team is thinking on above lines, Suresh B... got inspired by Founder's talk at

Khammam got connected to abhaya in the 1st week of Jan'14 as soon as he finished his CS

Exams. During discussions, Founder noticing his talent / skill gently challenged him to take up

some activity which can bring hundreds of young students to abhaya home. He further

provided the concept of abhaya 5K Run.

Suresh with the help of D Ramesh (another aspiring youngster who got motivated by the

Founder during IMPACT Session at Hyderabad in December' 13, connected to abhaya through

face book and expressed his desire of becoming a

Trainer) came up with detailed strategy for

conducting abhaya 5K Run from Ambedkar Circle to

abhaya Home of Happiness with about 300 college students from scores of

Engineering/Management Colleges in and around Ibrahimpatnam. The plan was to do

it on, Thursday, 30th Jan'14, Gandhi Smrithi Divas. A session on personality

development was arranged for all the students.

There was a need of at least 6 volunteers for coordinating abhaya 5K Run... to be

honest, there were none to volunteer as the day was working day... but, GOD

responded differently... he had sent exactly 6 volunteers from nowhere. They are all

were briefed about the concept on just 1 day.

apart from the above, Srinivas G, abhaya designing TEAM took up the responsibility of providing beautiful campaign material

day in and day out. Further the board member Sri G Vidya Sagar supported the entire event in a most appropriate way in spite

of he being busy on innumerable house hold tasks on hand. ”Thank You" becomes very small word, if someone wish to use it for

them to appreciate. abhaya team just bow before these SoulDears of abhaya.

Campaign:The action plan has been prepared by all of them. The team coordinated with all the colleges

for 5 days in the span of 10 days. Though every single volunteer who promised their time for

the cause, there were more than 1 issue for each one... it was a challenge to for the team to

resolve the issues and coordinate, but in spite of 3 volunteers available team visited about

15 colleges physically and the response was really inspiring. abhaya inspired all its donors,

well wishers, volunteers and office bearers to participate in the event.

ACTION started in 24 hours by the following Volunteers.

The event started as per scheduled at 8AM at Ambedkar Circle, Ibrahimpatnam on Thursday, the 30th January'14 atIbrahimpatnam. Sri Manchi Reddy Kishan Reddy, MLA, Ibrahimpatnam kindly

graced the event with his presence andalso expressed his love for the communitywork by flagging off abhaya 5K Run.abhaya Team requested MAL to be onadvisory board of abhaya Home in thecapacity of ex officio member during histenure of MLA. He very kindly consented tobe the member of abhaya and also assuredall the possible support for the activitiestaken up. Further advised local youthleaders to lend their hands of support.

The Chief Architect:Sri Rawiindra, the Chief Architect of abhaya Home,

very passionately over seen the beatification work

at abhaya home with the help of Sri Abbaiah. The

contribution by Sri Rawiindra for the project can't

be forgotten in the history of abhaya.

Winners foundation were kindly supported/ sponsored the event. abhaya thank all of them for their kind hearted support and feel

proud to associate with them in life. Apart from the above, TEAMs from R&A, PSR, AGR enthusiastically participated in the run. Sri

GV Anjaneyulu, MLA Vinukonda was the instrumental in making the MLA Ibrahimpatnam to grace the occasion. His wife Smt G

Leelavathi always lend her hands of support wherever possible. abhaya feels proud to know each one of them.

MLA Flagged off the event

abhaya 5K Run - Unique for many reasonsIt was unique event in many ways and following are worth noting�The entire event coordinated by just 10 volunteers�Such Run may be for the 1st Time in the village.�more than 20 colleges were visited by volunteers�more than 1000 students registered for the Run�more than 100 abhayans shown their interest to take part in the event.�MLAflagged off the run�2500 house hold in the village got awareness about abhaya Home�Electronic/ Print media very enthusiastically covered the event.�many local youth and leaders visited the home.�grate learning experience for abhaya volunteers.

1000 visitors on a single day:all the participants including Board /Committee Members and VIP's were amazed to see the enthusiasm and energy with which

abhaya team did it and students took part in it. Further at least 1000 Visitors came to abhaya home of happiness and just felt

thrilled to see the project in the serine atmosphere. The winners of abhaya 5K Run were given Cash Prizes, Silver Medals,

Mementos by abhyans who were present. Sri Balaji, very kindly provided 1 cash prize to first girl who reached abhaya home.

Blood Donation Camp by Gandhi Hospital:it was just a call to Dr Abhijith, Gandhi Hospital, Hyderabad raised curtain for setting

up a huge Blood Donation drive on Gandhi Smrithi Diwas. Founder addressed the

gathering of abhaya 5K Run participants and the entire croud was charged up with

positive vibrations of doing something for the country. More than 70 youngsters

donated their blood while resolving to live for the country. 18 member team of Gandhi

Hospitals lead by Kamal were highly motivated by the gesture of participants. abhaya

wish to place their heartfelt gratitude to Dr Abhijith and Dr Bhishma of Gandhi

Hopitals.

Birthday Service by Sri Madhumohan:Sri Madhumohan sponsored

entire food as token of his

birthday contribution to

abhaya Home. He with the

Tripura Caterers, Hyderabad

kindly arranged for breakfast

and lunch for the event for

almost 700 people, though the

team originally prepared for

just 100 people. They did it

with utmost care and love for the participants without expectation of

what so ever in return.

The Chairman & the Founder took personal time and interest to be

there all through the event motivating and encouraging the

youngsters. abhaya thank all the participants and volunteers for their

wonderful effort.

Tree plantation:Ravi Naik (Winner of 5K Run) & Neha (Coordinator of 5K

Run), Engineering students planted trees in the presence of

hundreds of youngsters in the premises and further a tree

plan was also planted by the Chairman, Sri Meda

Narasimhulu.

Conclusion: There were about 10 young engineering graduates supported the abhaya teams voluntarily while coordinating

the event. further as many as 40 youngsters expressed their interest to join the Mission. abhaya team arranged for a brief

meeting on 2nd Feb'14 at 2PM at abhaya, Hyderabad for those who are available.

I just watched the video for Run For Cause. The concept

wise it seems good.. but here are my concerns. Who will

co-ordinate with those colleges/ students? 30th January

is not a National Holiday.. So what is the plan if colleges

don't agree to send their students? sorry to start with a

negative node... but we should plan with these in mind. -

What were the thoughts before abhaya 5K Rub for cause: We visited AVN, Jagruthi, Sri Chaithanya, Arabindo), Sri

Datha colleges. We just got good response from 3 colleges

and they assured that they will sent at least 50 students, one

student, one coordinator and one faculty member with one

college bus. They will contact us for further

updates. From Arabindo and Sri Datha we

can expect at least 100 students. Because

we went to each class room and explained

about cause. Sri Datha College

management said that If number

participants are more from Sri Datha they

will arrange college bus also. We met A.C.P

about our organisation, we explained and

responded well and told please take care

What happened actually @ abhaya 5k Run:

It was on 18th Jan'14, I connected to abhaya during Volunteers Meet conducted at abhaya and it was to plan

the proposed 5K run on 30.1.14 and thereafter in just 5 working days we have visited almost 20 colleges and

made students & public be aware of Abhaya. We met many people and made event successful. Before

connecting to Abhaya my interpersonal skills were not up to mark. I was not able to mingle with people

properly and used to hesitate to talk. To tell you frankly... somewhere in my heart, I used to have a feeling

about my appearance and used to think that no one will talk to me and make friendship. But, during last 12 days of association

with Abhaya, I met & talked to many high profile people, had photographs with them, I talked to over 500 people on phone in last

10 days. This was an amazing experience. Now I am very happy to say that, I am fully charged up with positive vibrations and am

no more feeling inferior now.

abhaya 5K Run was very beautiful. Nearly 600-800 students and general public have come to our Home of Happiness. We planted

trees around HOH & a blood donation camp was conducted in co-ordination with Gandhi Hospital Hyderabad. The best part of the

day was that, the Founder Sir asking me to present prize money to the winner with my hands in front of huge crowd. Tears rolled

from my eyes and I remained shocked and speechless for a while. The breakfast and lunch at the event were very tasty and I loved

to have it many a times. Finally I thank all the Abhayans for letting me be part of Abhaya. – Naveen Kandhuri

While serving someone...I am the 1st Beneficiary: I strongly believe the words "If we start good work, Gods will

come down and help us in completing the work on hands", why because we were just 6 volunteers who

gathered more than 700 students for the " abhaya 5K Run" in just 6 working days and successfully completed

the event. Managements and students given good response and supported the cause. I am very thank full to

them. We have done good team work. I have learned how to motivate, Team work, Leadership, Co-ordinate,

Organize the event. now i am capable to do organize for any events especially 5k Run. Now, I am remembering

the words of Founder during the first volunteer meeting for abhaya 5K Run... "If you render service to the

I am feeling proud to be a volunteer, I was very happy to coordinate abhaya 5K Run for cause at

Ibrahimpatnam for the propagation of abhaya Home of Happiness. So many Engineering college students

were participated in this program. I feel honoured for being part of wonderful program which is useful for

the society. RUN FOR CAUSE is the first 5K run I ever participated, I am very happy because the hard work

done by the abhaya Volunteers for 10 days resulted in a great event. I would like to thank Mr. Ramesh,

Naveen, Satya, Ravi, Sai Chitanya, Narasimha and others who gave me immense support for the success of

I got in touch with Abhaya through Facebook Actually. I

have a keen interest for community work and my aim is

also to be in a service related Job and work for the

people I felt like Abhaya is the perfect platform to work

At last team decided to get much needed sleep to energizethemselves for abhaya 5K Run on 30 th Jan'14

planned for the next day while the staff of abhaya home were working round theclock to make all the arraignment for the D-Day. It felt amazing to just be thereand witness the positive energy of all the people present there as they workedwith passion towards a common goal. At last the team decided to get muchneeded couple hours of sleep to energize themselves for the next day.Everybody started early the next morning putting their best foot forward. As Iwent with the volunteers to capture their effort on camera, the lack of manpowerfor setting things up, proved to be a challenge. But the volunteers with theirpassion and coordination overcame the challenge and managed to organizethings in the nick of time.

The visiting dignitaries and the honorable MLAwere all present at the venue by8am, geared up and ready to go. Everybody estimated the crowd to be around200 or so but nobody could have predicted the turnout that we witnessed. Therewere 600 plus students from colleges all over Ibrahimpatnam. Some of themcalled abhaya team and registered themselves after getting to know about theevent. It was a sight to behold as the run was kicked off. Hundreds of studentsrunning for a cause with abhaya Tshirts and cap was indeed a proud moment forabhaya. The students were all gung-ho about the whole program as they ranwith all their heart and managed to reach abhaya home with their enthusiasmand energy levels still high. Any event abhaya organizes for the awareness ofthe youth were always greeted with a thundering response by the youth butabhaya team

outdid themselves with this event. Such turnout also proves that students are Though, I did know that abhaya was planning the run at Ibrahimpatnam 2 looking to associate themselves with a noble cause. Later an awareness

I had the good applauding and immersed in Founder's lesson which was sprinkled with sharpfortune to witness their passion and zeal towards the cause. Hats off to Suresh, humor and quick wit. The result was huge number of students pledgingRamesh, Sai, Naveen, Ravindra, Satya and Prasad Uncle. Together they themselves to abhaya and it's way of life. This was in all sense a wonderfulmanaged to contact, educate and motivate students from 20 engineering achievement as abhaya found it's way in the hearts of the students. Thecolleges across Ibrahimpatnam. It is an amazing feat that they worked on motivation of the youth soon materialized into something very productive as 70various aspects of such event management and were able to follow up till the units of blood was collected at the blood donation camp organized by abhayavery end. It is also to be noted that majority of them came in contact with abhaya and Ghandi Hospital. There were games held by abhaya volunteers whichonly a short while ago, but they believed in the cause so much that they went proved to be big hit among the students. The winners of the 5K run wereahead and took responsibility of organizing such an event and in announced and a tree was planted by them in their name. strengthens the belief shared by so many in abhaya.I started my journey night before the event with the Founder and three othervolunteers (Naveen, Satya and Ravindra). There were a lot ofthe whole event in camera, to which I showed my class very early when I tried to things I should have done and some things I should never do. It was a newtake pictures with the camera cap on, much to the dismay of the Founder. Then experience for me to cover such a crowded event and I planned poorly. I hopewe were packed in a car with all the goods and started towards our destination. you will take it in your heart to forgive me. I feel terrible that one thing I wasOur journey to Ibrahimpatnam was interesting too as the Founder and the supposed to do I did it wrong. But, I will try my best to provide a good film. I willvolunteers went over last minute details while I marveled at their energy in my not make the same mistakes again (and I will try my best not to make any newhalf asleep state. board members felt happy to see the atmosphere over there in the campus.

Discussed about the arrangements for proposed programs on 30th Jan'14 on

Gandhi Punya Thithi. While the team is discussing about the issues that are

needed immedite attention... there was a call from Member of abhaya Home,

Sri G Madhumohan, Tax Consultant, Hyderabad saying that considering his

Birthday in Jan'14, he wish to sponsor food for all those who present. It was

like divine experience as the call just came when the team is discussing about

HyderabadSince past few years, abhaya with the support of its kind

hearted well- wishers, conducting a special seasonal

program called “abhaya Hunt the Winter” to help the

destitute on roads with blankets to protect themselves

from the chills of winter. This year also abhayans

carried out this noble task with full revere and were able

to distribute around 1000+ blankets in Andhra Pradesh,

Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra and U.P.

abhaya expresses its heartfelt gratitude to all the

donors and volunteers to make this project a great

success this year. Towards the closing of winter, we

continue to hunt the destitute far and wide and are

trying to extend the benefit of this project to the

maximum number of people in need.

Mr. Shiva Kumar and his wife CS Sireesha B. are long-time

associates and supporters of abhaya. On the joyful occasion

of Shiva's birthday the lovely couple kindly decided to

participate in the Hunt the Winter program by distributing

blankets to the destitute on the roads of Chennai. They also

sponsored one day food for the inmates at abhaya Home of

Happiness.

We felt immense pleasure in participating in the abhaya “ Hunt The Winter 2013” . As a

part of this program five of us (me, Murali, Abhijeet, Sunil and Mahesh) started at

11:15 PM on January 6th night from Wakad, Pune to distribute the blankets to the needy

people. Our destination for that day was to cover all the areas till Pune Railway Station.

We Started from Wakad by searching the people on the footpaths and below the fly

overs ,and then reached Aundh. But we could not find any people in Aundh. So, we

moved on and reached Pune University Road. There we parked our vehicle and walked

almost 2kms searching for the people in each and every corner of that place, but could

not found any needy people over there.

We reached Shivaji Nagar. There we found a old person trying to sleep on the road with a

very thin cover which is not at all sufficient in that climate. We went to him and covered

him with our blanket and in return we received wonderful blessings too, we felt very

happy and went inside the Shivaji nagar railway station and there we distributed

blankets to some people who don't even have any blanket and struggling in the cold and

unable to sleep.

We went to Pune Railway station. There we found

some old people who were not able to sleep at all

in that cold temperatures and waiting for

someone's help. As our motto is to help those

kind of needy people only, we went and

distributed the blankets to those people and

they felt very nice and slept warm irrespective of

the cold climatic conditions. We distributed all

the blankets on that day. And It was already 3'O

clock in the morning, we decided to go on some

other day again and we returned to our rooms by

3:30 AM. Finally the day was filled with lot of

satisfaction by helping such people. Thanks to

Mission Manohar: Manohar hails from Ramakkapet and is affected by

muscular dystrophy since a decade and is unable to move. We understand that

his brother also has the same problem. Abhaya has been supporting the family

since last three years. To earn their living, we helped them to open abhaya

Viswasam General Stores

near their home.

Since last one year Manohar had some issues with his urinary tract and was

facing trouble while passing urine and not sleeping in the nights due to

difficulty in passing the urine. After knowing his problem abhaya team

members got him to Hyderabad and supported him with his treatment.

During the treatment the family took shelter at abhaya Home of Happiness

and safely/happily returned to their home after successfully addressing very

critical and immediate health issues of Manohar. We wish Manohar and his

brother a speedy recovery.

May GOD give them all strength and courage to cope with their illness at the

“ EART”HHealthcare Update

Mission Bhagavathi: As part of the Healthcare initiatives abhaya

decided to support Bhagavathy. Due to some spinal cord issues she is unable to

sit. abhayans are aware that her brothers Jagannath and Manohar (abhaya

Aathma Viswasam General Stores, Ramakkapet, Medak Dist) also facing

Muscular Dystrophy critical health issues. Their parents have already spent

lakhs of rupees on the treatment of all the three brothers and sisters. abhaya

brought her to Hyderabad and consulted Dr Shulapani, MD, Rajyalakshmi

Hospitals, Hyderabad. He prescribed medicines and also suggested to avoid

sitting on the floor. Our heartfelt prayers for the family. We wish all of them a

speedy recovery and best of life ahead. - abhaya TEAM

Mission Mahender: Mahender

lost his hearing ability 5 years ago.

Coming from a very economically weak

background his uncle approached abhaya

for help to support Mahender's ear

surgery. With the help of Dr. Rambabu, a

reputed ENT surgeon Mahender's exact

problem was diagnosed and the doctor

kindly referred his case to Sahi (Society

To AID The Hearing Impaired). With the

kind support of SAHI Mahender's surgery

was successfully conducted at Apollo

Hospital, Jubilee Hills – Hyderabad and

he was put up at abhaya home for post-

surgical care and recovery.

Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Rambabu and

SAHI for standing besides Mahender and

his family during this critical hour of

need. The most interesting fact is that all

this kind deed of charity was arranged

and managed in just four days. Does this

not prove the divine presence of GOD in

every human being - giving an

opportunity of serving and being served.-

Mission Mukesh: Mukesh is recovering very well in six months of treatment in the rehabilitation

centre at Bhadrak. He has been advised to walk inside the room and on the corridoor alonside the wall leaving

the walker and accordingly he is doing that and gaining confidence to walk. But sitting on the floor and getting

up from the floor is not happening normal way which only can happen after gaining muscle power as told by

the doctor. Both Mechanical and Manual Physiotherapy is going on. I discussed with doctor who agreed to

provide some work like writing patient register and will pay Rs.1000/- per month which will also be a financial

support till he is there in the Rehabilitation Centre. I have requested doctor to help out so that the child can

continue his study from the next accademic session starts from June since already he has lost two years. –

Mission Sirisha Divya: abhaya special children Sirisha Divya are regularly taking

physio training from Sweekar. Keeping their economic condition in mind, abhaya extended

help for monthly medicines for past two months. The progress is slow and study for these

past two years. At this stage, abhaya suggesting them to visit specialist doctor at Sweekar

and re-evaluate the health condition with him. We hope that this will speed up their

recovery. Both these kids visited abhaya on 26th January and their mother expressed her

gratitude to abhaya.

Mission Sai Priyanka: It has almost been 5 months since abhaya is

supporting Sai Priyanka who got very critical operation done at Kamineni for herspinal cord. Post-surgery, her family requires monthly financial assistance to affordher medication and support to gain some weight and stand on her own feet. Wehumbly appeal our kind hearted brethren to come forward and lend support to SaiPriyanka to enable her to live a normal life.

abhaya stood besides Jama: lJamal, is very poor fellow, leading his life with a small job in a

local theater at Jammalamdugu, Kadapa Dist., While he is leaving for work, a bike hit him from

back and he fell down on his face... got hurt and both hands fractured. Sri Subbarathnam (80) a

retired Hindi Pandit approached abhaya seeking help for this man. As, he is the teacher for

majority of the trustees and further living on his pension money doing some social work over

there... abhaya supported his trails by sending Rs.5000/- for Jamal. Now he is recovering slowly.

continuously working on Educare projects and initiatives for

improving the lives of many students who are very

meritorious but coming from poor economic background. It

was heartening to note the academic progress of all the

personalities and support the good cause of abhaya.

It was a very good feeling to know that having associated with

abhaya all the students have imbibed the responsibility to

serve the society and help the mankind. Towards this, they are

and best three were selected & prizes were

distributed on Jan 26th on Republic day flag

The Indian Republic Day was celebrated by abhaya team on January

26, 2014 and all the abhaya students who came to Hyderabad from

different locations of the country for a review meeting joined

celebrations. Sri EJP Prasad who got connected to abhaya exactly 3

years back hoisted the flag on behalf of board. The members,

students, well wishers and volunteers who Inspired by the words of

wisdom shared by the Founder and Sir EJP Prasad, took a pledge to

understand their own selves and dedicate some time out of their

busy lives to work towards improving the society and help the fellow

citizens who are in need of support thereby making this world a

better place to live in.It was a very inspiring session and the day

concluded with a National Anthem and cheers for the Mother India.

abhaya salutes the good work ofWinners Foundation

Winner's Foundation is a social organisation and is an

initiative of Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL). They build

their charity corpus by collecting money from 400

employees of BDL and take part in various community

works in and around their localities. The Foundation has

even constructed home for destitute and is involved in

many more such social activities.

abhaya is proud to be associated with Winners

Foundation and salutes the good work done by them. We

shall endeavour to mutually support the activities

undertaken by both the foundations. Going by the

saying that “more the merrier” we are very confident

that our combined efforts will do wonders and we will be

able to stretch our arms further and help more and more

people in need.

On January 23 & 24, the Founder and few of the abhaya volunteers visited

Chirala and interacted with 1000s of youngsters sharing their thoughts on

the values learned in life. There were series of meetings & sessions

conducted in 4 colleges and 2 high schools in and around Chirala. We are

very grateful to Sai Organisation for giving an opportunity to serve the

community and sharing the knowledge and experiences for the benefit of rural youth and kids.

I have learned so many things during our visit to Chirala during the 2days (23rd & 24th) tour. I have learned that as a personality

development trainer and as a human being as well. I have learned the difference between interacting with kids and college

students. I witnessed the skill set needed as to how should one give motivation, inspiration and touch the instantaneous topics

(Universal High School). I also understood as to how to eat (without wasting single peace) though it looks like funny as lot of

people don't know the value of food.

The most Important thing is exponential learning as to how a trainer should behave

in real life. I learned how to serve people and importance of the service in life.

LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, TRAINER QUALITIES, in one word, I really did practical on

the topic "COMPLETE PERSONALITY. The Founder take a father's PLACE and

I would like to share some wonderful moments during our Chirala tour with the

Founder and Ramesh It was awesome journey. We could interact with close to 7000

students from KG to PG in Chirala town. I had an opportunity to speak to the

President: CS PS Rao, Secretary: CS G Raghubabu and Trustee: CA BV Prasad on his elevation as the Chairman of ICSI -

Hyderabad Chapter for the year 2014. He is born and brought up at Khammam and aged about 42 years. He is a Graduate in

Commerce, Law and Fellow Member of ICSI. Though he belong to a middle class family, with his vision, passion and focus roused

to a self made ma, further reached to become the Chairman of ICSI Hyderabad Chapter and started his work for the benefit of

1000's of CS Members/Students in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

He is a multifaceted personality and desired to do many things in life. He is interested leadership, politics, industry, commerce

and community work. He started his career as Management Trainee under the guidance of CS M Adinarayan, GM (Corporate

Affairs) & Company Secretary, NATCO Pharma Ltd., in the year 1996 and thereafter he had

the fortune of serving various corporate houses. Now with over 16 years of experience in

corporate law related matters, founded DV Rao & Associates, A Corporate Consultancy

firm at Hyderabad.

Considering his passion to serve the community around, he founded Vivekananda

Institute of Human Excellence under aegis of Sri Ramakrishan Math, Hyderabad at

Khammam for the benefit of thousands of youngsters over there.

His association with abhaya goes back to the year 2006 and since then he was serving the

community wherever there is a possibility. His association with abhaya made his family m

Mr.Venkatesh, of Serilingampally, Hyderabad,

informed that he has deposited 2 months

contribution ( i.e.,Rs.1000/-) into abhaya's

account last week. Mr.Suresh, of

Endoliteindia, informed that he has placed

order for artificial hand to Venkatesh and the

same is expected during this month. After

that they will fix it and train him for using it

effectively. No amount need to be contributed

from abhaya's side for this purpose.

Mr.Ravikumar of Isnapur informed that they started selling Jawar

rotis in addition to what they are selling in

abhaya "atmavisvasm tiffin center". The

avarage earning is about Rs.100-150. per

day. It seems on 03.12.2013,(world

disabled peoples day) a mention is made in

the local edition of EENADU paper about his

activities in helping other similarly placed

people and how he is supported by

abhayafoundation, to start with.

On January 22, 2014 Tollywood lost its legendary actor Dr. meet this great and humble personality very recently on theAkkineni Nageswara Rao.
