Some questions need to be carefully verified before data entry start.We came across additional items that need coding, ratios that cannot beaccepted by the entry form, more than one code in response and a fewinconsistencies. In addition to this, open ended questions that appear indifferent sections of the questionnaire will be categorized and coded.

General

- For all questions referring to Year, use the last 2 digits, i.e.,1976=76, 1984=84, ... Erase that first 2 digits.

- All open ended questions should be categorized and coded.

- Fractions, percentages and ratios are not accepted by the entry form.Convert all fractions, percentages and ratios into proportions.
