Field Interviewer™ mobile application interfaces with the AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights & Labor software so field personnel can capture field interview data on a mobile device, even when offline, and automatically sync the data with the AASHTOWare Project unified database. Ensure Compliance with Extensive Reporting Tools The functionality to generate reports ensures agencies are meeting federal standards with several reports and the option to create custom reports. Examples of key base reports include the Uniform Report of DBE Commitments/Awards and Payments, Bidder’s List, End-of-Month Trucking, FHWA 1392, OJT report, Contract Clearance Report, and more. Provide Key Contributors with Secured Access In order to promote consistency and transparency, external parties can access the application to view information and submit certified payroll data, bidder data, and proposed or revised DBE commitments. External entity access is restricted based on the agency protocols to secure sensitive data. More Effective Contract and Payroll Management Effectively manage civil rights and labor compliance activities with monitoring and reporting functionality of prime and subcontractor data. Both agencies and contractors will save time and money with certified payroll submission and automatic error checking functionality.
