Virtual Meeting Lobby •Navigate the virtual meeting by clicking on one of the headers in the top navigation bar or the areas outlined in red.

•Click the ads left and right of the welcome video to go directly to that company’s booth in the Expo.

•Return to the Lobby at any time by clicking on “Lobby” in the top navigation bar.

Virtual Meeting Guide •The resource for all virtual meeting content – live broadcast and on demand.

•Use the Program Search to view content available by day, by subspecialty or search for a specific speaker.

•View the entire list of exhibitors.

•NOTE: It will open in a new window, as indicated by the arrow. To return to the virtual meeting, close this window or click on the AAO 2020 Virtual tab.

Virtual Ambassadors • Find ambassadors under

“Meeting Guide” in the top navigation bar.

• Click on one of these 12 members to see what sessions and events they recommend each day.

• Check back daily to read their live meeting blog.

PeerConnect – Networking

• Find PeerConnect under “Meeting Guide” in the top navigation bar.

• AI powered software that makes recommendations on attendees you should meet.

• Can meet new people based on similar interests or click “All Participants” to search for old friends.

PeerConnect – Getting Started• Update profile with photo. Add topics of

interest. Can opt out by clicking three dots on profile.

• Review list of participants. Star those you would like to connect with.

• Click the word bubble to chat one-on-one or start a group chat under My Chats.

• Click schedule a meeting to invite someone to meet.

PeerConnect – Meetings • To request a meeting you will need

to provide a URL for Zoom, WebEx, Teams etc.

• Click on participants to select attendees.

• Double-click on desired time slot.

• Select Virtual Meeting and add URL.

• Request Meeting.

Sessions – Agenda • Check out all the live broadcast

sessions in Agenda.

• Change the sessions to your time zone.

• Add sessions to “My Agenda” for an easy reference of the sessions you want to watch.

• Filter content to “AAO” or “AAOE” only by using the Subject dropdown.

Sessions –CME Theater/Industry Showcases

• CME Theater will show the live broadcast content that is eligible for CME.

• Industry Showcases are presented by exhibitors and therefore not eligible for CME.

• When the session is live, click to start playing.

• Comment on or rate the session after it’s done.

On Demand Presentations • Watch over 1000 presentations.

• Organized by program – AAOE, annual meeting, subspecialty day.

• Find what you are looking for by using search.

• Click on tiles to expand listing.

• Navigate the halls using the left directional sign in each hall or clicking Expo for list of halls.
