REFLECTION PAPER SUBMITTED TO:SIR DIESTA SUBMTTED BY:JOMARIENNE H. GUTIERREZ

1.Summarize what particular belief is all about. Baptism is the repentance for the remission of sins. I baptize you with water, but it shall baptize you with the holy ghost. When Jesus was baptize the straight way coming up to water,he saw the heavens opened, and the spirit is like a dove descending upon him. And there come a voice from heaven, saying thou art my beloved son,in whom I am well pleased. Communion service is also a baptism.

2.Show the relevance of this belief in your present life. By baptism we confess our faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and testify of our death to sin and of our purpose to walk in newness of life. Thus we acknowledge Christ as Lord and Saviour, become His people, and are received as members by His church. Baptism is a symbol of our union with Christ, the forgiveness of our sins, and our reception of the Holy Spirit. It is by immersion in water and is contingent on an affirmation of faith in Jesus and evidence of repentance of sin. It follows instruction in the Holy Scriptures and acceptance of their teaching

3.How does this belief affect your life and walk with God?

4.What is the response to this biblical belief? A .How do you accept it? We should be baptize and preach around the world. When we will be baptize it should be imarge in the water so that all our sins will be out. Sparkling over the head of the baby is not a baptism.

B. What is the plan to make the teaching personal? After we are baptize we should ask guidance to God so that he will teach us the right way. After we are in the right way we should spread the gospel of God so that there are more people will accept their personal savior. C. How do you see/picture Jesus in his teaching? In other words what does Jesus mean to you in the teaching he revealed? Jesus is very important to us because he is the one who died on the cross just to save our sins. Rather, it is showing us that the water symbolizes a spiritual cleansing through the power of the Holy Spirit gained through Christ's victory over death. It is the person's appeal to God that saves the soul, not the washing of water upon the body.
