1 PREPARING THE LISTS
The tables in this document reflect the information included in Schedule 1 of the
Infrastructure Planning (Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedures) Regulations
2009 (as amended). It was completed after consulting the Planning Inspectorate’s (PINS)
Advice Note Three: EIA Consultation and Notification (August 2017; Version 7), and the
annex to the advice note on the identification of relevant statutory undertakers (Table 2)
and information regarding bodies which are considered to have relevant functions and
responsibilities (but not defined as consultation bodies under the EIA regulations) by PINS
(Table 3).
