11 Months

ü Decide on a design theme for your day and start sourcing suppliers ü Decide upon your attendants ü Bring your Family to see Drakestone House ü Sort out Accommodation for family & friends that are not staying with you at Drakestone House- Drakestone House can hold 19 guests,

plus a further 4 guests using the 2x Camp beds & Sofa Bed ü Start thinking about Honeymoon and book

10 Months

ü Start trying on wedding dresses ü Order your wedding rings ü Complete Gift list or chosen wedding gift ideas ü Order your wedding rings ü Book a Planning meeting with Drakestone House & Chosen catering company

9 Months

ü Organise Transport if required ü Sort out Music, Order of service and readings for your ceremony, have contact with the Church or Registration service to complete

ü Place an order for Wedding dress & Suits for the men

ü Book your Planning meeting with Drakestone House, to schedule your wedding day time line

6 Months

ü Arrange flower consultation for styling ü Book a Cake Tasting for your chosen cake maker ü Order wedding Stationary

5 Months & 4 Months

ü Choose your entertainment for your day ü Arrange Hair, Make up and any other suppliers you would like to have for your Big Day

3 Months

ü Book a planning meeting with Drakestone House and arrange for suppliers to meet at Venue to discuss questions and final information for your wedding

ü Confirm all bookings with Suppliers

2 months & 1 month

ü Draw up seating plan ü Final payment for the venue ü Have a final dress fitting ü Order Honeymoon currency

2 weeks

ü Finalise your numbers and menu with caterers ü Reconfirm all suppliers

1 Day to go:

ü Set up Drakestone House ü Ensure all deliveries to Drakestone are confirmed with Wedding coordinator to ensure safe delivery ü Relax and enjoy the evening in the house with Family & Friends
