Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD):A franchise disclosure document (FDD) is a legal document which is presented to
prospective buyers of your franchise. All legal documents are completed by
provider law firms with our assistance. This document is typically 20-50 pages,

Franchise Agreement:A Franchise Agreement is a legal, binding contract between a franchisor and
franchisee. The Franchise Rule requires a franchisee be supplied a Franchise
Disclosure Document (FDD ) with a 14 day cooling off period. This document is
