hall you can see a long grey building with towers which is the Houses of Parliament. The Thames is behind it.

Big Ben The large clock in one

of the towers is Big Ben. Big Ben is the name of the clock and the bell in the clock tower of the Houses of Parliament. You can hear the sound of Big Ben every hour in London.

The Tower of London. The Tower of London was

a fortress, a palace, a prison and the King's Zoo. Now it is a museum. Here you can see many interesting things. Black ravens live in the Tower of London. People say they are the guards of the Tower.

Buckingham Palace The queen of England

lives in Buckingham Palace. It is a wonderful building with a monument in front of it. It called The Queen Victoria Memorial.

Westminster Abbey One of the other side of

Parliament Square is Westminster Abbey. It is one of the most famous and beautiful churches in London. It is more than nine hundred years old. Many English kings and queens are buried there.
