This short course is designed for people who are
interested in working in the area of making espresso
beverages. In only 3 days, you will learn both theory and
practical knowledge about coffee making.
Topics covered include: preparation of espresso
equipment and ingredients; milk preparation; espresso
extraction; identifying possible problems with milk
preparation, espresso and espresso equipment;
presentation of espresso beverages for service.
