The success of our customers is our motivation. This is a long tradition. When my grandfather, Alexander Wiegand, founded the company of WIKA in 1946, he devoted himself to absolute quality, reliability and customer focus. Although much has changed since then, it is precisely these values that form the core of the WIKA Group today.

As a family-run business which acts globally, we are known worldwide as a market leader in pressure and temperature measurement, and also in calibration technology. We also set the standard in the measurement of level, force and flow. We will continue widening our offering, and thus make it ever more attractive for our customers. In the meantime, we are active in over 75 countries and in the majority with our own local subsidiaries – thus we can ensure we are close to our customers. With their knowledge and commitment, more than 9,300 highly qualified employees contribute every day to the success of our customers. This is one reason why about 600 million of our measuring instruments are in use worldwide.

In this respect, signing the Code of Conduct of the ZVEI (German Central Association of the Electrical and Electronics Industry) was only logical and it is in our interest that this is also followed by our suppliers.

Within our global quality strategy we have established matrix certification, with the help of which we standardise the process quality throughout the WIKA Group and can initiate continuous improvement. The audits are carried out externally and independently by a world-renowned certification body.
