1. Objetodoseguro 1. Subject-MatteroftheInsuranceOpresentesegurotemporobjetogarantiraoSeguradoe/ouseus beneficiários nos termos da Apólice, o pagamento deuma indenização em caso de ocorrência de evento cobertoconforme descrito nestas condições limitadas aos valorescontratados.

Thesubject-matterofthis insurance istoguaranteetotheInsured and/or its beneficiaries pursuant to theprovisionsof thePolicy thepaymentof an indemnity in theeventofoccurrence of a covered event as described in theseconditions,limitedtotheagreedamounts.

2. Gruposegurável 2. InsurablegroupSerão todasaspessoas físicas clientesdaESTIPULANTE,quetenhamidademínimade14(quatorze)diasemáximade75(setenta e cinco) anos completos na data de adesão aoseguro.

It shall mean all individuals who are customers of thePOLICYHOLDER,whoareatleastfourteen(14)daysoldandatmostseventy-five(75)yearsoldonthedateofadhesiontotheinsurance.

3. Gruposegurado 3. InsuredgroupSerão todas as pessoas físicas clientes do ESTIPULANTE quetenham aderido ao seguro viagem da ESTIPULANTE e quecumpramcomasregrasdeelegibilidadedaapólice.

It shall mean all individuals who are customers of thePOLICYHOLDER and who have adhered to the travelinsuranceof thePOLICYHOLDERandwhocomplywith thepolicyeligibilityrules.

4. Aceitação 4. AcceptanceASeguradorateráumprazode15(quinze)dias,contadosdadata de adesão, para aceitar ou recusar o seguro. Caso aSeguradora solicite provas de saúde, o referido prazo serácontado a partir da data do recebimento dessadocumentação.

The Insurer shallhavea termof fifteen (15)days, as fromthedateofadhesion, toacceptorrefusethe insurance. IncasetheInsurerrequestsproofofhealth,suchtermshallbecountedasfromthedateofreceiptofsuchdocumentation.

Em caso de recusa, o Segurado deverá ser comunicado porescrito e implicará na devolução integral do prêmioeventualmente pago pelo Proponente, corrigidomonetariamente pela TR pró-rata desde a data dopagamentoatéaefetivarestituição.

__________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 5.1.GarantiasBásicas 5.1.BasicGuarantees 5.1.1 - Morte Acidental até 14 anos: Garante aosbeneficiários o reembolso das despesas com o funeral emcasodemorteacidentalocorridacomoseguradoduranteoperíododeviagem descritonocertificadodoESTIPULANTE,nostermosdascondiçõescontratuais limitadoaUS$10.000(dezmildólares).

5.1.1–AccidentalDeathupto14yearsold:Itguaranteestothebeneficiariesthereimbursementoffuneralexpensesincaseofaccidentaldeathoftheinsuredduringtheperiodof the trip described in the POLICYHOLDER’s certificate,pursuant to the contractual conditions limited to tenthousanddollars(US$10,000.00).

5.1.2–InvalidezPermanentetotalporAcidenteaté14anos:Garante ao próprio segurado ou seu representante legal opagamento de uma indenização em caso de InvalidezPermanente Total por Acidente ocorrida com o seguradodurante o período de viagem descrito no certificado doESTIPULANTE,nostermosdascondiçõescontratuaislimitadoaUS$10.000(dezmildólares).

5.1.2 – Total permanent disability by Accident up to 14years old: It guarantees to the insured itself or its legalrepresentativethepaymentofanindemnificationincaseofTotal Permanent Disability for Accident occurred to theinsured during the period of the trip described in thePOLICYHOLDER’s certificate, pursuant to the contractualconditionslimitedtotenthousanddollars(US$10,000.00).

5.1.3 - Morte Acidental de 15 a 75 anos: Garante aosbeneficiários o pagamento de uma indenização em caso demorteacidentalocorridacomoseguradoduranteoperíodode viagem descrito no certificado do ESTIPULANTE, nostermos das condições contratuais limitado a US$ 75.000,00(setentaecincomildólares).

5.1.3 – Accidental Death from 15 to 75 years old: Itguarantees to the beneficiaries the payment of anindemnification in case of accidental death of the insuredduring the period of the trip described in thePOLICYHOLDER’s certificate, pursuant to the contractualconditions limited to seventy five thousand dollars(US$75,000.00).

5.1.4– InvalidezPermanente total porAcidentede15a 75anos: Garante ao próprio segurado ou seu representantelegalopagamentodeumaindenizaçãoemcasodeInvalidezPermanente Total por Acidente ocorrida com o seguradodurante o período de viagem descrito no certificado doESTIPULANTE,nostermosdascondiçõescontratuaislimitadoaUS$75.000,00(setentaecincomildólares).

5.1.4–TotalpermanentdisabilitybyAccidentfrom15to75yearsold: Itguaranteestothe insured itselfor its legalrepresentativethepaymentofanindemnificationincaseofTotal Permanent Disability for Accident occurred to theinsured during the period of the trip described in thePOLICYHOLDER’s certificate, pursuant to the contractualconditions limited to seventy five thousand dollars(US$75,000.00).

5.1.5 - Despesas Médico Hospitalares e Odontológicas:Garante ao segurado indicação e atendimento médico naredecredenciadadaSeguradorasemnenhumcustoadicionalpara os eventos coberto e que tenha ocorrido durante operíodo de viagem previamente determinado e contratadopelo SEGURADO, nos termos das condições contratuaislimitadoaUS$50.000,00(cinquentamildólares).

5.1.5 – Medical, Hospital and Dental Expenses: Itguarantees to the insured medical referral and service inthelicensednetworkoftheInsureratnoadditionalcostforthe covered events and which have occurred during theperiodofthetrippreviouslydeterminedandagreedbytheInsured, pursuant to the provisions of the contractualconditions,limitedtofiftythousanddollars(US$50,000.00).

5.1.9 - Traslado de corpo – consiste no reembolso e/ouprestação de serviços correspondentes, limitada ao capitalsegurado contratado, das despesas com a liberação etransporte do corpo do segurado do local da ocorrência doeventocobertoatéolocaldedomicíliohabitualdoseguradooulocaldosepultamento,incluindo-senestasdespesastodosos procedimentos e objetos imprescindíveis ao traslado docorponos termosdas condições contratuais, limitadoaUS$50.000,00(cinquentamildólares).

5.1.9 – Transfer of the body – it consists in thereimbursementand/orprovisionofcorrespondingservices,limited to the insured capital agreed, of the expensesincurred with the release and transportation of theinsured’sbodyfromtheplaceofoccurrenceofthecoveredevent to the place of habitual domicile of the insured orplace of the burial, which expenses shall include allprocedures and objects essential to transfer the bodypursuant to the contractual conditions, limited to fiftythousanddollars(US$50,000.00).

5.1.10-ProrrogaçãodeEstadia-consistenoreembolsoe/ouprestação de serviço correspondente, ao próprio seguradocaso omesmo fique impossibilitado para prosseguir viagemou retornar ao domicílio ou local de origemda viagem, pordeterminação médica, decorrente de acidente pessoal ouenfermidade súbita e aguda ocorrida durante o período deviagem, limitada ao máximo de 10 diárias em hotel com omesmo tipo de acomodação daquele originalmentecontratado para a viagem nos termos das condiçõescontratuais,limitadoaUS$2.000,00(doismildólares).

5.1.10 – Extension of the Stay – It consists in thereimbursement and/or provision of corresponding serviceto the insured himself, in case he is unable to continuetraveling or to return to his domicile or place of origin ofthetrip,asinstructedbythedoctor,asaresultofpersonalaccidentor suddenandacutediseaseoccurredduring thetrip, limited to at most 10 days in a hotel with the samekind of lodging originally agreed for the trip, pursuant tothecontractualconditions, limitedtotwothousanddollars(US$2,000.00).

5.1.11 - Hospedagem de acompanhante – consiste no 5.1.11 – Lodging of companion – it consists in the

5.1.12–PerdaoudanodeBagagememTransporteAéreo–Garante ao seguradoo pagamento de uma indenização emcasodeperda,extraviodefinitivo,furtoouroubo,violaçãooudano, parcial ou total, ocasionados a sua bagagem sobresponsabilidadedaCiaAéreaduranteoperíododevigênciado Seguro, limitado a US$ 750,00 (setecentos e cinquentadólares).

5.1.12–LossordamagetoLuggageinAirTransportation–Itguaranteestotheinsuredthepaymentofdamagesintheevent of definitive loss, theft or robbery, violation ordamage, wholly or in part, caused to his luggage underresponsibilityoftheAirlineduringthetermofeffectivenessof the Insurance, limited to seven hundred fifty dollars(US$750.00).

Ematé10diascontadosdadatadoextraviodabagagem,aSeguradorapoderáanteciparpartedoCapitalSeguradoparafazer frente às despesas emergenciais do Segurado, desdequenãocessadooperíododeviagemcontratado.

5.1.13 – Interrupção de Viagem: Garante ao própriosegurado ou seu representante legal o pagamento de umaindenizaçãoemcasode interrupçãodaviagemdoseguradonos termos das condições contratuais, limitado a US$1.850,00 (mil oitocentos e cinquenta dólares) quandodecorrentede:

5.1.13 – Interruption of the Trip: It guarantees to theinsuredhimself orhis legal representative thepaymentofdamages in the event of interruption of the insured’s trippursuant to the contractual conditions, limited to onethousand eight hundred and fifty dollars (US$ 1,850.00),wheneverthisresultsfrom:

a) Morte, acidente pessoal ou enfermidade grave doseguradoqueimpossibiliteoprosseguimentodesuaviagem;

a)Death,personalaccidentorseriousillnessoftheinsuredthatpreventshimfromcontinuingwiththetrip;

b) Morte ou internação hospitalar em decorrência deacidente pessoal ou enfermidade declarada de formarepentina e de maneira aguda do cônjuge, pais, irmãos oufilhos do segurado; A enumeração é taxativa e nãoenumerativa;

5.1.15. ExpenseswithBail and Legal Expensesduring thetrip–itconsistsinthereimbursementofthelegalexpensesincurred,aswellasoftheamountofthebaildeterminedbythe police authority to free the insured as a result of anundueorder forhis imprisonmentdecreedduringthetrip,limitedtoonethousanddollars(US$1,000.00).

6. AssistênciaViagem 6. TravelAssistance6.1. Sem nenhum custo adicional, todos os segurados daStarr terão direito a utilização os serviços de assistência aoviajantedaCentralIntercambio,onde,quandoacionadadarátodoatendimentonecessário ao seguradodeacordo comoplanocontratado.

6.1.Withoutanyadditional cost, all insuredsof Starr shallhave the right to use Central Intercambio travelers’assistance services, which shall provide, upon request, allservices required to the insured in accordance with theagreedplan.

Noscasosemqueaseguradoranãopossuirredecredenciadana localidade do evento, ou por qualquer motivo oSEGURADOnãoacionararededeprestadores,oSEGURADOou seu representante legal, terá direito ao reembolso dasdespesas médicas, hospitalares e odontológicasconsequentes de atendimentos prestados ao segurado paraseu tratamento, sob orientação médica, decorrente deacidente pessoal ou enfermidade e que tenha ocorridodurante o período de viagem previamente determinado econtratadonostermosdascondiçõescontratuais, limitadoaUS$50.000,00(cinquentamildólares).

__________________________________________________________________________________________________________ O seguro viagem Central Intercabio possui um serviço deassistência ao viajante que está disponível ao segurado 24horas por dia 7 dias por semana, que dará suporte aoseguradoparatodasasgarantiascobertaspeloseguro,ondeo segurado poderá aciona-lo através da central deatendimentoexclusivacomatendimentoemportuguês,quetomará todas as providencias necessárias para atender osseguradoseseusfamiliares (quandonecessário)atéo limitecontratadosemnenhumcustoadicional.Comaassistênciaaoviajante,casooseguradoprecisedeumatendimento médico, traslado médico, prorrogar a suaestadia, antecipar o seu regresso, ou outro serviçorelacionadoaumadasgarantiascontratadas,bastaacionaracentral de atendimento ao viajante para que todo oatendimento / serviço seja efetuado pela equipe da centralaoviajante,que indicaráhospitaisclinicas,efetuaráreservasem hotéis, contratando remoções, até o valor limitecontratado,nestescasososvaloresdasdespesasserãopagasdiretamentepelaseguradorasemanecessidadedoseguradoefetuarqualquerpagamento.Importante: A equipa de assistência sempre irá indicaratendimentos de prestadores sem custos para o segurado,porém,existemalguns casosemque issonão serápossível,podendonestescasososeguradoterquepagarpeloserviçoe depois solicitar o reembolso, onde os casosmais comunssão:a)LocalizaçãoSe o segurado está situado em uma região remota, adisponibilidade de prestadores credenciados pode serlimitada. Nessas situações, o segurado deve procurartratamento dos prestadores de serviços públicos e, emmuitos casos terá de pagar adiantado para esses serviços edepoissolicitaroreembolsodasdespesas.b)DiadasemanaehorárioDependendo da hora do dia / semana, do acionamento daassistência alguns dos prestadores podem não estardisponíveisimediatamente(porexemplo,emferiadosoufinsdesemana).NestescasosaequipedeAssistênciairásempreagendará o atendimento tão logo seja possível, no entanto,seasituaçãoémuitograve,oseguradopoderá iraoprontoatendimentomaispróximoparaatendimentoimediatoeemalguns casos pagar pelo atendimento e depois solicitar oreembolsodasdespesas.

8. RiscosExcluídos 8. ExcludedRisks 8.1.Estãoexcluídosda coberturadesteSeguro,oseventosocorridosemconsequênciadiretaouindiretade:

8.1. This Insurance excludes from coverage the eventsdirectlyorindirectlyoccurredasaresultof:

a) Uso dematerial nuclear, para quaisquer fins, incluindo aexplosão nuclear provocada ou não, bem como acontaminaçãoradioativaouexposiçãoa radiaçõesnuclearesouionizantes;

a) Use of nuclear material, for any purpose, includingprovoked or unprovoked nuclear explosion, as well asradioactive contamination or exposure to nuclear orionizingradiation;

b) De atos ou operações de guerra, declarada ou não, deguerraquímicaoubacteriológica,deguerracivil,deguerrilha,derevolução,agitação,motim,revolta,sedição,golpemilitarou usurpação de poder, sublevação ou outras perturbaçõesdaordempúblicaedelasdecorrentes;

b) Acts or operations of war, whether declared or not,chemical or bacteriological war, civil war, guerrilla,revolution,commotion,riot,rebellion,insurrection,militarycoup or usurped power, insurgence or other disturbancesofpublicorderorasaresultthereof;

c) Furacões, ciclones, terremotos, maremotos, erupçõesvulcânicaseoutrasconvulsõesdanatureza;

c) Hurricanes, cyclones, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcaniceruptionsandothernaturaldisasters;

d) Intentionally self-inflicted injury, voluntary andpremeditated suicide or any intention and attemptedvoluntary and premeditated suicide, irrespective of the ofthe sanityof the Insured,occurred less than two (2)yearsasfromthedateofeffectivenessofthePlan;

e) Voo em aeronaves, exceto quando seja como passageiropagando passagem em uma aeronave de asa fixa quepertençae sejaoperadaporuma linhaaéreaoucompanhiadefretedeaeronavesdevidamenteautorizadaparaproverotransporteaéreoregulardepassageiros;

e)Flight inaircrafts,exceptaspassengerpayingfortheairticket in a fixed-wing aircraft that belongs to and isoperated by an airline or aircraft freight company dulyauthorized to provide regular passenger air transportationservices;

f)Atosilícitosoucontráriosàlei,praticadospelobeneficiário,executor(es) ou administrador(es) ou herdeiros legaisindicadospelapessoasegurada;

f) Unlawful or illegal acts performed by the beneficiary,executor(s) or trustee(s) or legal heirs indicated by theinsuredperson;

g) Atos ilícitos dolosos praticados pelo Segurado, peloBeneficiáriooupelorepresentantelegal,deumoudeoutro.

g) Intentionalunlawfulactsperformedby the Insured, theBeneficiaryortheirlegalrepresentatives.

Não obstante as disposições acima estabelecidas, estarãocobertos por este seguro os sinistros em consequência dautilizaçãodemeiodetransportemaisarriscado,daprestaçãode serviço militar, da prática de esportes, ou de atos dehumanidadeemauxíliodeoutrem.

Irrespective of the provisions above, this insurance shallcover the losses originating from the use of a more riskymeans of transportation, military service, sports practice,oractsofhumanitytoaidothers.

8.2Alémdosriscosexcluídonoitem8excluem-setambém: 8.2 In addition to the risks excluded in item 8, the

a) Situations of convalescence (aftermedical release) andtheexpensesofcompanions;

b)Aparelhosquesereferemaórtesesdequalquernaturezaeasprótesesdecaráterpermanente,salvoasprótesespelaperdadedentesnaturais;

b) Orthotic devices of any kind and the permanentprostheses,exceptprosthesesforthelossofnaturalteeth;

c) danos a óculos, lentes de contato, e qualquer aparatobucal;

c) damage to glasses, contact lenses, and any kind ofbraces;

d) metais preciosos e suas ligas, trabalhadas ou não, joias,peles naturais ou sintéticas, quadros e quaisquer obras dearte, bijuterias de qualquer natureza, relógios, quadros equaisquerobrasdearte,títulos;

d)preciousmetalsandtheiralloys,workedornot,jewelry,natural or synthetic fur, frames and any works of art,trinketsofanykind,clocks,paintingsandanyworksofart,titles;

e) perdas ocorridas com seguradoque atue comooperador e) losses occurred with insured that acts as operator or

h)objetosqueoSeguradoporteconsigoouembagagemdemão, cuja guarda esteja sob sua responsabilidade, aíincluídos, dentre outros bens, roupas relógios, canetas,chaveiros, objetos de uso pessoal, óculos, equipamentos decine, foto e ótica, aparelhos de som e vídeo, instrumentosmusicais,equipamentos.

h) objects carried by the Insured himself or in the handluggage, for the custody of which he is responsible,including, without limitation, clothing, watches, pens, keychains, personal items, glasses, film, photo and opticalequipment,stereosandvideo,musicalinstrumentsdevices,equipment.

i)Objetos que o Segurado porte consigo ou que tenha sidocolocadosobaresponsabilidadedaEmpresaTransportadoraou do Hotel, e que se destinem, ou assim possam serconsiderados, a realização de tarefas de cunho profissional,peloseguradoouterceiros,porcontaprópriaounão;

i) objects carried by the Insured himself or for which theTransportationCompanyortheHotelareliable,andwhichare designed or may be deemed designed for theperformanceofprofessionalactivitiesbythe insuredorbythirdparties,onhisaccountornot;

j) Quaisquer objetos que, por sua destinação e/ouquantidade, tenham fins comerciaisou representemvaloresnegociáveis, tais como dinheiro, em moeda ou papel,cheques,títulos,apólices,seloscoleções,etc.

j) Any object that, due to the use and/or volume thereof,have commercial purposes or represent negotiableamounts, such as cash, in coins or bills, checks, bonds,policies,stampcollectionsetc.

k) Quaisquer documentos ou papéis que representemobrigação de qualquer espécie, bem como valor estimativodequalquerbemintegrantedopatrimôniodosegurado.

k)Anydocumentsorpapersrepresentingobligationsofanykind,aswellastheestimatedpriceofanypropertythat ispartoftheassetsoftheinsured.

aquelas derivadas de problemas congênitos. Estãocobertasascirurgiasplásticasrestauradorasdecorrentesde Acidente Pessoal coberto ocorrido no período decoberturadoSeguro;

a) Plasticsurgeriesandtheconsequencesthereof,includingthosederivedfromcongenialproblems.Restorationplasticsurgeries resulting from covered Personal AccidentoccurredduringtheperiodofcoverageoftheInsurancearecovered;

b) Tratamento estético e para obesidade em quaisquermodalidades, bem como cirurgias e períodos deconvalescençaaelerelacionados;

b) Aesthetic andobesity treatmentof any kind, aswell assurgeriesandconvalescenceperiodsrelatingthereto;

c) Hospitalizações para exames físicos rotineiros ouqualquer outro exame sem que haja abalo na saúdenormal;

c) Admissions to the hospital for routine physicalexaminationsoranyotherexaminationwithoutanyhealthproblem;

d) Hospitalizações quando o paciente não estiver sobcuidadosdemédicoslegalmentehabilitados;

e) Doenças crônicas e/ou preexistentes à contratação doseguro não declaradas na Proposta de Adesão, quandoeste é exigido, de conhecimento do Segurado, assim

f) admission inmental health institutions, i.e., institutionsprimarilydevotedtothetreatmentofpsychiatricdiseases,includingsubnormalities;oralsothepsychiatricdepartmentof a hospital, house for the elderly, nursing homes andsimilar institutions, clinics or sites for the rehabilitation ofalcohol and drug addicts, hydrotherapy health institutionsor natural cure clinics, nursing home for convalescents,special hospital unit primarily used as a place for drug oralcoholaddicts,orasahealth institutionforconvalescentsorforrehabilitation,weightlossclinicsandSPA.

12. Beneficiário 12. BeneficiaryPara a garantia demorte acidental serão as pessoas queosegurado indicar no momento da adesão ao seguro. Casonão seja indicado um oumais beneficiários, a indenizaçãoserápagaconformedispuseralegislaçãoemvigor.

For the guarantee of accidental death, they shall be thepersonsindicatedbytheinsuredatthetimeofadhesiontothe insurance. In case one or more beneficiaries are notindicated,theindemnityshallbepaidinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheapplicablelaw.

Para as demais garantias o beneficiário será o próprioseguradoouseurepresentantelegal.

For the other guarantees, the beneficiary shall be theinsuredhimselforhislegalrepresentative.



__________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 13. VigênciaIndividual 13. IndividualEffectiveness13.1. ParaacoberturadeCancelamentoouInterrupçãode

Viagem13.1. For the coverage of Cancellation or Interruption oftheTrip

Oiníciodevigênciaindividualseráapartirdas24:00(vinteequatro) horas do dia da adesão ao seguro, e terminará noexato momento do desembarque em que o seguradodesembarcadoúltimotrechodevoltadaviagemcoberta.

The individual initial termof effectiveness shall be as frommidnightofthedayofadhesiontotheinsurance,anditshallendattheexacttimeofthearrival,whentheinsuredarrivesfromthelaststretchofhistripback.

13.2. Paraasdemaiscoberturas 13.2. FortheothercoverageOiníciodevigênciaindividualdecadacertificadocomeçanoinício da viagem coberta, exatamente no momento doembarque do segurado no meio de transporte contratadopara realizaroprimeiro trechode idadaviageme terminano exato momento em que o segurado desembarca doúltimotrechodevoltadaviagemcoberta.

Theindividualinitialtermofeffectivenessofeachcertificatecommencesattheinitialdateofthetripcovered,exactlyatthe time the insured enters the means of transportationagreed tomake the first stretchofhis tripandendsat theexact time the insured arrives from the last stretch of hiscoveredtripback.

13.3. Caso haja ainda deslocamentos terrestres desde olocal de domicilio até o local de embarque para início daviagemcontratada,oudesdeolocaldedesembarqueatéolocal de domicilio do segurado, o inicio de vigênciaindividual se dará a partir de 150 (cento e cinquenta)quilômetros de distância do município de domicilio doseguradoeteráterminadoapartirdomomentoemqueadistância até o domicilio do segurado seja inferior a 150(centoecinquenta)quilômetros.

13.3. Incasethereisstilllandtransportationfromtheplaceofdomiciletotheplaceofdepartureforcommencementofthe agreed trip, or from the site of arrival until the site ofdomicile of the insured, the individual initial term ofeffectivenessshalloccurasfromonehundredandfifty(150)kilometers fromthemunicipalityofdomicileof the insuredand it shall end as from the time the distance until thedomicileoftheinsuredisshorterthanonehundredandfifty(150)kilometers.

14. Suspensãoecancelamentodoseguro 14. InsurancesuspensionandcancellationOcorrendo a falta de pagamento do prêmio do seguro, acobertura será automaticamente suspensa, voltando avigorarretroativamenteapartirdas0:00(zero)horadodiaimediatamenteseguinteaodaregularizaçãodopagamento,desdequenãotenhaultrapassadooprazode60(sessenta)dias consecutivos. Os sinistros ocorridos no período decobertura suspensa ficarão sem cobertura, até que sejaregularizadoodébito.Apóso61º(sexagésimoprimeiro)diadasuspensãodacobertura,oseguroseráautomaticamentecancelado,semdireitoàdevoluçãodosprêmiospagos.

In the event of failure to pay the insurance premium, thecoverage shall be automatically suspended, and it shall beretroactively in effect as from midnight of the dateimmediately following the date of regularization of thepayment, provided it has not exceeded sixty (60)consecutive days. The losses occurred in the period ofsuspended coverage shall remain uncovered untilregularization of the debt. After the sixty-first (61st) day ofsuspension of the coverage, the insurance shall beautomatically cancelled, without any right to return of thepremiumspaid.

15. Avisodesinistro 15. NoticeofclaimTão logo tenha ciência de um sinistro, o ESTIPULANTEdeverácomunicardofatoàSTARRimediatamente.

Noscasosemquenãoforpossívelocontatocomacentralde atendimento da STARR INTERNATIONAL (Assit Card) nadata do sinistro, posteriormente os beneficiários deverãoentrar em contado com a central de atendimento paracomunicação do sinistro, e receber a orientação dosprocedimentosaseremefetuados.

Whenever it is not possible to contact the call center ofSTARRINTERNATIONAL(AssitCard)onthedateoftheclaim,the beneficiaries shall subsequently contact the call centerto communicate the claim and receive instructions withrespecttotheprocedurestobeadopted.

Neste caso, para análise do sinistro, será necessárioencaminhar para a Seguradora uma notificação do sinistroporescrito,cópiadoRG,CPFdoseguradoedobeneficiárioedemais documentos serão informados pela Central deAtendimento.

Inthiscase,analysisoftheclaimshallrequirethedeliveryofa written notice of the claim to the Insurer, as well as ofcopies of the Identity Card (RG), Individual TaxpayersRegister (CPF) of the insured and of the beneficiary andotherdocumentstobeinformedbytheCallCenter.

ASeguradoraefetuaráa liquidaçãodos sinistrosematé30(trinta) dias contados da data de recebimento de toda adocumentação necessária para a conclusão da análise desinistro. A não entrega à Seguradora dos documentossolicitados,implicanoatrasodaliquidaçãodosinistro.

TheInsurershallpaytheclaimswithinuptothirty(30)daysasfromthedateofreceiptofalldocumentationrequiredtocomplete analysis of the claim. Failure to deliver therequesteddocumentstotheInsurershallresultinthelatepaymentoftheclaim.

16. Disposiçõesgerais 16. MiscellaneousAspartescontratadassesubmetemàsNormasBrasileirasdoseguroedaApólice.

ThepolicyholdersshallbesubjecttotheBrazilianinsuranceRulesandtothePolicy.

OsCertificadosserãoemitidosporestaSeguradora,sobreabasededeclarações realizadaspelos Seguradosnadatadesuaadesãoaoseguro.

The Certificates shall be issued by this Insurer, based ondeclarationsmadebytheInsuredsonthedatetheyadheretotheinsurance.

EstasCondiçõesParticularessãoparteintegrantedaapóliceda CENTRAL INTERCAMBIO VIAGENS, não podendo seralteradanoseuteorsemprévioaviso.

TheseSpecificConditionsareanintegralpartofthepolicyofCENTRAL INTERCAMBIOVIAGENS,andthecontentshereofmaynotbechangedwithoutpriornotice.

17. Foro 17. JurisdictionParaaçõesfundadasemdireitosouobrigaçõesdecorrentesdeste contrato, prevalecerá o FORO de domicílio doSegurado.

Foractionsbasedonrightsorobligationsresultingfromthiscontract, the jurisdiction of the Insured's domicile shallprevail.
