An experienced pension providerWe’re new. New to the UK, but not new to pensions. NOW:
Pensions is replicating ATP’s ethos of providing pensions to
virtually the entire Danish working population for the past
45 years. ATP has a long-standing track record of delivering
solid performance to their 4.7 million members. They have
consistently achieved a rate of returns significantly higher
than the average for the Danish and UK pensions industries,
and ATP is our fund manager.
We have also partnered with Xafinity Paymaster, a well-
established and award-winning UK third-party administrator,
with 2.9 million pension members.

A full-service pension schemeFor your pension scheme to be a success, getting employee buy-
in is critical. We assist in each step of the on-boarding process,
including helping you to communicate to your employees the
benefits of their new pension scheme. We have a selection of
standard communication materials which we can tailor to suit
your HR strategies and brand. We can create versions with either
our or your own brand. We can even integrate into broader benefit
systems through data interfacing.
We also manage all regular communication related to your
pension scheme membership. On the member website, members
can find all relevant information about the scheme. Furthermore,
we send out letters and member information directly to your
employees so that you can focus on running your business. On
your employer website, you can find the details of your scheme,
fund management information, compliance reporting etc.

Auto enrolment made easyRunning a pension can be a time-consuming affair. The new auto
enrolment requirements are complex and can make life difficult
for those responsible for HR and payroll. We have designed a
process that meets these requirements, keeps things simple for
you and does not cost you a small fortune.

keep costs down. Instead of wasting money on asking our members
to choose their own investments, we pool investments and make

Managed Diversified Growth StrategyNOW: Pensions Investment provides a diversified growth investment product giving members a risk controlled, safe and modern investment with historical returns comparable to equity returns, but with far lower risk.
Retirement Protection StrategyNOW: Pensions Investment provides a retirement protection investment product that helps to control the risks related to purchase price movements on annuities.

When your employees are first enrolled with NOW: Pensions, we
invest their money in our Managed Diversified Growth Fund. The
aim of the fund is to grow their savings as much as possible, while
protecting their investment. Once your employees get closer to
retirement, we move them into the next phase, where the primary
goal is to protect their savings from market conditions, preserve
the buying power of their pension pots and ultimately get them
as much pension out of their savings as possible.

We invest invest your and your employees’ money to get the most
value for your investment. Instead of investing on an individual
basis, a costly practice resulting in large fees and charges, we
pool investments under one investment manager. This way, we
can make sure you only pay for things that add value to your
pension pot. The scale enables us to better diversify and manage
risk – meaning more money for you when you retire.
We can’t guarantee future investment returns, but our investment
manager has been outperforming the market for a long time now.
Environmental, social and governance issues are important and
