Al-Anon tools are also available in many
languages.
Using Your Passport
You can use your passport to break the language barrier and encourage members who speak other languages to start Al-Anon groups.

Keep in mind…
The Passport may be photocopied.
Delegates may distribute a copy to groups, and encourage all members to use this passport. Members can record their own experience.
Bring your passport to share your Area’s experience at the 2008 Conference.
The future of the Al-Anon program depends on the involvement of members. Using this passport as a tool may contribute to the growth of groups in your Areas and also strengthen existing groups.

Vision is…the ability to make good estimates, both for the immediate and the more distant future. […] If an idea seems good, we try it experimentally, when that is possible. Later we evaluate the situation and ask whether our estimate is working well.
2004-2006 Al-Anon/Alateen Service Manual, P.175
Members of Al-Anon are abundant resources. A member’s sharing about an experience in her home group provided the idea for this presentation.
Let it begin with me
