The Lincoln Voice
A Newsletter for the Lincoln Neighborhood of Vancouver , WA
Jan. 2020 Issue 2020-1
The City of Vancouver wants to hear from
you. As a resident of the Lincoln area,
whatever the City decides to do will have
an impact on our neighborhood. An online
survey is available at https://

open-house results from the survey and our
opinions expressed at meetings like the
upcoming will weigh heavily on the pro-
jected routes. Originally, the Columbia
route as shown on the map was assumed
to be the best. The routes for consideration
now have been expanded to 1. Columbia
2. Columbia-Wash. 3. Columbia-Daniels
4. Daniels-Wash. 5.Daniels-Franklin and
6. Franklin.
The route will connect the Burnt Bridge
Creek Trailhead at NW Lakeshore Ave. to
the Columbia Renaissance Trail at the
South end of Columbia. The completed
project will recommend one route with pro-
tected bike lanes and elimination of park-
ing or a combination of that and a
“neighborhood greenway” concept . Here is
your chance to weigh in on how you feel.
