A newborn baby has only three demands. They are warmth in the arms of its mother, food from her breasts, and security in the knowledge of her presence. Breastfeeding satisfies all three.-Grantly Dick-Read

• Breast changes are normal, as a result of hormones.
• A correct fitting bra is important, some women may need breast pads, others may not
• Some women experience a “let down” this occurs when the milk is flowing

Babies are born extremely nearsighted, they can only see about 30cm
