The West of Scotland Branch are proud to announce a morning of mentoring and coaching around behavioural safety, with Eddie Woods of Karrdale. Eddie and his team will deliver some new material in utilising Belief Based Safety in everyday professional life. The morning will be full of interactive discussions and presentations, delivered in Eddie Woods’ characteristic style.

Event overviewAbout KarrdaleWe aim to help our clients come to new ways of thinking when it comes to engaging with their people. By focusing on building a strong sense of community, our approach is about giving people a feeling of togetherness. Communities are people focused, they take care of each other and all of this is done through choice. We want to help people develop this same feeling within the workplace. This sense of community is key to developing any type of culture. Communities are what every culture is built from after all. We work with our clients to develop a bespoke approach and sessions and understand when dealing with people, individuals or groups, there is no one size fits all approach to making a difference. Every community needs something slightly different to thrive, so we want to build partnerships rather than impose yet another process.

What’s in it for youYour experience with Eddie Woods will provide you with an increased knowledge in Belief Based Safety and will provide you with new perspectives on human behaviour related to safety and health.

As with all IOSH events, any value gained from attending this event can be recorded in your CPD portfolio.

There will be some excellent networking opportunities with professionals in a similar area and of common interests.

Who should attend This event will be valuable to both members and non-members who have an interest and responsibility for behavioural safety.
