The Commissioners for Executing the Offi ce of Lord High Admiral Iof the United Kingdom of Great Bri tain and Ireland do HE KEBY ;G I V E N OTICE that on TH URSDAY, the 3rd April next, at One,o'clock, they will be ready to treat with such persona a« may be willing 'to CONTRACT for SUPPLYING and delivering Into her Majesty 'g .Victualline Stores at Dcptford, the undermentioned article, viz.:—j15 tons of VEGETABLES (Compressed or Dried), half to be delivered )in Bis weeks, and the remainder in als. weeks afterwards, or earlier Ifpreferred by the party tendering.

each package, and the price of the cases to be Included In that of theTeeetablea.
Their lordships reserve to themselves the power, when the tendersare opened, of contracting cither for the whole or for such part thereofonly as they may deem fi t, or for a creator quantity, or of not contractiigtor any, and also an unlimited power of selection.
Samplei of the vegetables must be produced by the parties tendering.Tho samples produced by persona whose tenders are not accepted are
requested to be taken away by them immediately after the contract hasbeen decided.
No tender will be received unless made on the printed form providedfor the purpose, and which may be obtained on application at t he saidoffi ce, or to Commander Bevis, conducting the packet service at Liver-pool, or to the Collector of Customs at Bristol .
The conditions of the revised contract, to which particular attentioncalled, may be seen at the paid office , and at Liverpool and Bristol.No tender will he received after One o'clock OB tho day of treaty, and
it will not be required that the party tendering, or an agent on hisbehalf , should attend at the office on the day of contract , as the resultof the offer received from each person will be communicated to himand his proposed sureties in writing. . „ . , . ,.
