Abigail Allsopp Marketing Officer, Piping Live!

Piping Live! Is an annual bagpiping festival held in Glasgow by the National Pip-ing Centre. It Consists of over 150 individual events including free classes, con-

certs and ceilidhs throughout the week.

Bloody Scotland is Scotland's first International Crime Writing Festival held in Stirling. Samantha Hobrough Freelance Fundraising Consultant

Working with arts sector organisations in the North of England on strategy, research and campaign management for revenue and capital fundraising campaigns. Currently managing a campaign for Tyneside Cinema, and also

works with Yorkshire Dance and Alnwick Playhouse. Jenny Mungall

Senior Accounts Director, Materail_UK Material_UK forms part of the Material Communications Group: a group of

creative communications agencies based in Glasgow, with a satellite presence in London. Material_UK works predominantly in the areas of sports, music and

the arts, building creative brand experiences across the PR, sponsorship and experiential space.

Corinne Orton Festival Producer, Glasgow International Film Festival

The ninth edition of Glasgow Film Festival ran from 14-24 February 2013. Boasting a programme of 368 screenings, panel discussions, live performances and special events, it was the most ambitious Festival to date, and garnered a

record 39,106 total admissions.

Hannah Trevarthen Assistant Programmer, Edinburgh International Book Festival The Edinburgh International Book Festival is the largest public celebration of the written word in the world. They welcome over 800 authors in over 700

events each year including novelists, poets, scientists, philosophers, sportsmen, illustrators, graphic artists, historians, musicians, biographers,

environmentalists, economists, Nobel and Booker prize-winners and many more besides, bringing readers and writers together for entertainment,

discussion and pure inspiration.

James Waters Festival Director, Lammermuir Festival

Featuring major music artists, orchestras and ensembles, the Lammermuir Fes-tival is a classical music festival which takes place in beautiful and intriguing venues across East Lothian, including historic buildings, intimate churches and

in the Concorde hangar at the National Museum of Flight!
