A Christmas Gift

Two children went shopping for

Christmas gifts at the mall.

They arrived nice and early to start their

day.

They bought their parents’ presents,

and then decided to eat lunch.

They sat and ate pizza, while discussing what

to buy their grandmother.

After much discussion, they still didn’t know

what to get her.

While walking through the mall, they came across a pet store

and decided to take a look around.

They saw the cutest little puppy, and

completely forgot about their

grandmother’s gift.

Their mother arrived at the mall to pick them up, and they told her

all about the puppy on the way home.

They talked about the puppy everyday, and even thought of what they could name him.

On Christmas morning, they opened all their presents, but all they really wanted was the

puppy.

All of a sudden, their grandmother walked in the house holding

their Christmas present. It was their beautiful new puppy!
