    Voluntary blood drives at GIKIL

A great many employees of theGlobal Ispat Koksna IndustrijaLtd Lukavac (Global Ispat CokeIndustry - GIKIL) show theirhumanity during voluntary blooddrives, which are organised by theTuzla University Clinical CentreTransfusion Institute, and theGIKIL Blood Donors Associa-tion, and carried out at GIKILsClinic.

    GIKIL employees donate blood

every three months, thus dem-onstrating their great awarenessfor the need and value of givingblood. GIKIL is always among thetop three companies in the TuzlaCanton in the number of employ-ees who voluntarily donate bloodeach year.

    e GIKIL Blood Donors As-

sociation maintains an excellentcooperation with the University ofTuzla Clinical Centre, and the RedCross of the Lukavac Municipal-ity. As a result, GIKILs employeesregularly respond to emergencycalls for blood donation.

But what brings us most pleas-ure is that many young GIKILemployees also donate blood. With this, GIKIL shows that it is

keeping up with the global trendpresent in all blood donor asso-ciations, which is to include theyounger generations of employeesinto the blood drives.

GIKIL Te Golden Sponsor ofthe Galeb GIKIL SwimmingClub

    e Global Ispat Koksna Indus-

trija Ltd Lukavacnurtures thevalue of sport, and is the sponsorof the Galeb GIKIL SwimmingClub from Lukavac, wherein we

confirm our commitment to pro-moting a healthy way of living andthe right way to bring up children.

We live in a time when sportsclubs find it hard to find sources offunding, which has forced manyclubs to close down. GIKIL rec-ognised this situation, and, verysoon aer it was established (in

2004), accepted to sponsor theGaleb GIKIL Swimming Club,

which has been active in Lukavacfor a full 50 years. e club hascompensated the Company in thebest possible way by achievingoutstanding results at numerousnational and international swim-ming championships and gather-ings. An interesting fact is a cokechemical combine that had existeduntil the start of the recent warin BiH, Boris Kidri, had alsosponsored this swimming club. Bytaking on their tradition, GIKIL istoday one of the oldest (if not theoldest) sponsor of a single sports

    club in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Te shi from cancerous benzol tothe ecological n-butane at GIKILsAMK Factory

e Company made a very impor-tant step in the field of corporatesocial responsibility by imple-

menting a project in which it com-pletely changed the technologyand work procedures at its factoryfor the production of of maleicacid anhydride,AMK.

2e shi was made in 2006. emain operational principle waschanged - GIKILs maleic acid an-hydride factory replacing its mainraw material, pure benzol, withn-butane.

    Production with the new raw

material is more stable and eco-nomical, and is no longer depend-ent on the work of the Coke Plant.e factory has been modernised, its liquid product storage capaci-ties have been increased, and thecatalyser we introduced has alife span that is twice as long asthe previous one. Ecologicallyspeaking, working with n-butaneis much more acceptable thanworking with benzol, as butanehas not been listed as a toxic mate-rial, while benzol is a well-knowncancerous agent, according to BiHand EU norms.

A successful cooperation betweenGIKIL and the Lake ModracSports and Fishing Community

With the financial support ofthe Global Ispat Coke IndustryLukavac Ltd, the Lake ModracSports and Fishing Communityhas for the second year in a rowconducted a large-scale action ofrepopulating the Modrac Lakewith fish.

GIKIL allocates significant re-sources for the purchase of youngcarp to enrich the fish populationof Lake Modrac. In this way, wehave taken part in re-cultivating

    fishing capacities, with the aim

of enriching the plant and ani-mal species in the fishing watersthat are supervised by the LakeModrac Sports and Fishing Com-munity.

Also, the Company is aware of theproblem of illegal fishing, and thus

    feels a responsibility to contribute

to the community in this way.

Corporate social responsibilityhas always been a top priority forGIKIL, and this is just one in aline of projects with which thisCompany contributes to the envi-ronment in which it operates.

Herba Krajina LLC is committedto the development of a sustainablefood production sector in BiH, forseveral reasons. Food productionis one of the noblest of humanactivities, and as such is primaryand most important for allother activities. Our goal is to

develop a viable sector engagedin the primary production andprocessing of food in Bosnia andHerzegovina. Our work is focusedon the development and promotionof organic production, for whichthere are good possibilities, andwhich is our significant competitiveadvantage, one that couldadequately promote and create

concrete opportunities for therural and sub-rural areas of BiH.Organic production represents animportant part of the production offood, textiles and other products, and more and more people aroundthe world are aware of the benefitsof organic food. e advantagethat BiH has lies in its excellentprerequisites for the developmentof this sector, as well as for the

traditional kind of agriculturalproduction, which is very similarto the organic kind.

Caring for the communityAware of the great number of theunemployed in BiH, especiallyyoung people and women withvery few job opportunities, westrive to organise the production

of organic vegetables, some fruitsorts and other products throughsmall development projects withour subcontractors. In this way,we contribute to sustainability of

family farms, which can be crucialinstigators in the developmentof rural areas, and create newbusiness opportunities for asignificant part of those currently

unemployed. By promoting thesustainable management of foodproductions, Herba Krajina LLCdirectly stimulates a significantsocial inclusion of the inhabitantsof rural areas into differentprojects and activities, boostsbusiness in under-developedareas, and thus contributes tothe socio-economic status of the

population, as well as providingmore information about newproduction trends, opportunities, placement, and marketing, whichhas been significantly neglectedin this field. Herba Krajina LLCsteam of experts designs marketingcampaigns, and organizes tradefairs adjusted to local and foreignmarkets, where it presents itswork, as well as agricultural

manufacturers and their capacities, thus connecting them withthe market. Most individualagricultural manufacturers do notattend trade fairs, have difficultyselling products, and are notsufficiently informed about the

possibilities for improving theirproduction and increasing theircapacities. Our goal is use anapproach based on education, promotion and marketing, so as to

promote these producers, presentand sell their products. With our work, we prevent theoutflow of rural population, through specific business projectsthat create the conditions forthe profitability of their farmsand long-term success. We placeproducts in an organized way,in larger retail stores on the

local market, but also throughmarketing, creating maps ofagricultural products andinternational cooperation, weprepare and certify their productsfor export.

Protecting our environmentWe strive to protect our livingenvironment as much as possible, because there is a direct relation

between organic production andenvironmental protection. Wesupervise the origin of supplies, and achieve sustainable productionon small farms. In this way, weincrease the business activity inrural areas, and enable producers to

work and present their products inan organized way. is has broughtabout a significant improvementof rural life in BiH. It is importantto note that around 50% of the

population of BiH lives in rural andsub-rural areas, which points tothe significance of developmentalprojects intended for thispopulation segment. Also, giventhe various responsibilities, we alsowork with different associations soas to encourage different groups towork actively, produce food andbecome more satisfied members

of our community. In this way, weenabled young people in villagesand families with a great manymembers to get to know ourconcept of work, and to use theirown resources to improve their lifeconditions in the villages.

We were very pleased to havereceived significant recognitionsand media coverage for our socially

responsible work in BiH, which iscertainly motivation to continue todo business in a similar way in the

    coming times.

e application of new technologies, keeping up withtrends, and a professionalization of the food produc-tion process in BiH.

e development of recognizable food products, andthe affirmation of traditional values of BiH in theworld.

In its operations, the Kakanj Cement Factory

seeks to contribute to the development of the

local community and the society in which we

live. Examples of the social responsibility ofthe Kakanj Cement Factory are numerous. We

help nearly all local citizens' associations,

schools, health and cultural institutions, sports

    organizations, and regularly support the

activities of the Kakanj Municipality related to

    improving local communities, thus exhibiting

our commitment to the promotion of public

    good.

In addition to donations with which we, each

year, support the work of schools, health

    facilities and cultural institutions, sports

associations and unions, as well as

municipalities, over the past few years, we

have devoted most of our attention to

educational institutions in our the local

community, as we believe that investing in the

education of our youth is an investment into

    our future.

    Equipping IT labs

For several years the Kakanj Cement Factory

has been conducting a program of equipping

computer labs in Kakanj schools with IT

equipment. This program has so far donated

about 100 computer units with supporting

equipment. Four primary schools and the

secondary technical school in Kakanj are

    included in the program.

The first interactive smart board in BiH

In 2010, the Kakanj Cement Factory donated

    an interactive blackboard with supporting

overhead projectors to the Kakanj Grammar

School and the Faculty of Economics in

Sarajevo, and these are the first interactive

blackboards used in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The interactive blackboard, known as the

Smart Board, is an advanced device connected

to a computer and a projector, offering

    countless possibilities for using educational

materials from computers, as well as the

possibility of recording/storing classes on a

computer, so that students can pay more

attention to being active participants in the

    classroom.

A children's amusement park in Kakanj

In 2008, the Kakanj Cement Factory donatedBAM 90,000 to building an amusement park

for children, which includes basketball and

volleyball courts, as well as a fountain. The

park is located in the Kakanj neighbourhood

of Doboj, also the location of the Factory's

    manufacturing plant.

    Recruitment of trainees

The Intern Employment Program is another

in a series of different ways of supporting

young people from the Kakanj municipality.

In May 2009, the Kakanj Cement Factoryhired21 interns, who spent a year at thecompany. With this project, the Kakanj

    Cement Factory primarily helped young

people from the Kakanj region to gain new

expertise, and to promptly apply into

practice the theories acquired at university,

thus giving them the opportunity for an

internship, which is obligatory when seeking

employment and building a career. In this

way, the Kakanj Cement Factory gives

additional contribution and assistance to thelocal community, thus promoting the

employment and quality education of young

people in the Kakanj municipality, at a time

of rising unemployment and a drop in

economic activity. For most of these young

people, this is an excellent opportunity to

maximize their knowledge and improve their

skills, gain valuable experience, as well as a

reference to having been part of a successfulteam, which opens up multiple opportunities

for further advancement and employment in

    their profession.

    Health care

    The Kakanj Cement Factory assigns

    substantial resources and efforts to

improving health care in the local

community. In addition to participating in all

fundraising events for citizens with serious

illnesses, the Factory has in the last decade,

    allocated extensive funds to improving

diagnostics and treatment conditions at the

local Kakanj Health Center. In 2005, the

Kakanj Cement Factory donated BAM 60,000

for the purchase of an ambulance vehicle

that was absolutely necessary for the

transportation of patients from Kakanj to

clinical centers. In 2009, the Factory donated

another BAM 10,000 to the Health Center for

the reconstruction of the regional clinic in

Biljeevo. We also donated funds to the

Health Center for the purchase of an ECG

    emulator and a transverse probe.

Additionally, we provide regular support toregional and national health institutions in

the organization of conferences. We provide

significant support to sports associations in

every segment of their work, and our

greatest attention is given to clubs that bring

    together young people and children.

We build our business on three pillars ofsustainable development: economy, ecology andsocial responsibility.

Caring for the environment and the

    community

In light of our business activities, all activitiescarried out by our Factory are aimed at

    protecting the environment and projects

related to this. All infrastructure projects

intended to modernize the Factory are

mostly projects to improve the state of the

environment in the region. Guided by this

idea, each year during Open Doors Days

(where we open our doors to the local

community), we organize a competition for

    project proposals on environmental

protection, providing support in the amount

of BAM 10,000, for which educational

    institutions, non-governmental organizations

    and citizens' associations can apply.

We work every day responsibly and very

actively in the local community. An example

of transparent communication is the Open

Doors Day, which has been organized since

2001, and includes a tour of the factory, so

that all those interested can learn more

about it and about our production process.

The Open Doors Day is a great opportunity

to socialize and organize many activities for

    children, such as sports events,

    entertainment, prizes, gifts and refreshments.

The project "The Living world of the

    Quarry"

We are very proud that, in October 2011, ourRibnica quarry was included in a contest

    launched by the HeidelbergCement Group

Project, called "The Living World of the

Quarry." This contest was organized in 18

    countries in which HeidelbergCement

    operates. It gave students, professors,

    researchers, NGOs and others the

    opportunity to demonstrate their creativity,

apply their projects to this competition, and

win prizes at national and global levels

(awards at the local level ranged between

EUR 3000 and 5000 EUR, while those at the

global level amount to EUR 10,000, 20,000

    and 30,000).

Twenty projects were applied from Bosnia

and Herzegovina, and the jury selected the

top five that will continue in the competition.

Between March and September this year, the

teams behind the shortlisted projects will

have the opportunity to develop their

project ideas. The competition will last until

the end of 2012, with the final beneficial

outcome for the nature and wildlife of the

quarry, which is seen in the slogan of this

event: "Nature will be the biggest winner."

    Social Responsibility

    Caring for consumers

Mercator, as the "Best neighbour," achieves itsmission not only in its active role in the businessenvironment, but also by being responsive to theneeds of the wider community.

    Mercator expresses its social responsibility

through its care for customers, employees, thewider community and the environment.

Our customers have always come first. Therefore,we strive to provide them not only with the bestvalue for money, but primarily high-quality andsafe products and services according to thehighest health and hygiene standards. Weaccomplish this by implementing and improving,on a daily basis, a quality management systemthat satisfies the ISO 9001 and HACCP foodsafety management standards.

Aware of our role in building trust betweenconsumers and producers of food products, in

addition to the continuous improvement anddevelopment of our distribution of healthy andsafe food, we also work with suppliers, so that weall meet the strict requirements of all relevantstandards.

In July 2010, organised an InfoDay for suppliers and business partners, dealing

    Mercator BH LLC

with the topic of the "

    "

    " "

International Day of Health,Mercator BH in April every year organises bloodpressure and blood sugar level checking for all itscustomers and neighbours, at Mercator Centers. This action gives customers and citizens the

opportunity to give their own health someattention.

Mercator's greatest asset are its skilled andmotivated employees. Therefore, their satisfactionis one of Mercator's more important goals,

    HACCP system and its

Implementat ion in Mercator 's Business

Practices. The aim of the gathering was forMercator to exchange knowledge and experienceswith suppliers and colleagues from leadingcompanies in the retail sales industry in Bosniaand Herzegovina, so that all we can all understandbetter our role in the supply of healthy and safe

products to consumers.Due to the fact that the rights of consumers in BiHare insufficiently protected, Mercator BH LLCeach year tradit ional ly com memo rates 15

March as In ternat ional Consumer Day .Through various activities and shopping offersorganised specially for this event, we try to raisethe awareness of consumers about their rights, and to point out the importance of consumerprotection to all members of society.

    To mark the

    Caring for employees

achieved through work processes, by offeringrewards, encouragement, personal andprofessional development, as well asimprovements in various areas. The recognitionMost Desirable Employer, which Mercator BHLLC has received five years in a row, is alsoevidence of the quality of our care for employees.

We have also defined our priorities for personnel, one of the more important ones being thecontinued education of employees, allowing themto acquire additional competence.

As an important means of offering additionalknowledge and experience,Mercator hascreated i ts ow n tra in ing network for educat ion.The point is for more experienced employees toshare their knowledge and experience with theircolleagues during theoretical and practicaltraining, who can then immediately and directlyuse it in their work. This year, Mercator BHorganized a " School for Trainers",with the aimof including into the existing training networkemployees from DP stores, and increasing thenumber of trainers in the retail sector.

In March 2012, the Second School forManagers of Mercator Trade SEEwas held inSarajevo, a three-day-event attended by 500managers from the markets of Serbia, Croatia,Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. Theaim of this training session was to use lectures, creative workshops and case studies to raise the

levels of knowledge of participating managers, encourage exchange of experiences, and improvecommunication among them as regionalcolleagues. The speakers were eminent experts, members of the Board of Directors of MercatorTrade for Southeastern Europe, and managers oflocal subsidiaries.

Mercator cares for its wider community throughdonations and sponsorships, supportinghumanitarian, cultural, health, educational andsports projects, as well as institutions thatcontribute significantly to the development ofspecific areas, but also takes time to help thosewho need help the most.

During the construction and after the opening ofits shopping centre in Tuzla in 2004, Mercator BHLLC also built a plateau above the river Jala, making this then polluted area that gave off a badsmell a favorite place for young people tosocialize. Since then, the plateau has, in addition

to being a parking area, also been used fornumerous cultural and entertainment programs, such as the "Kiss for Guinness."

In 2005, Mercator BH constructed aSports Hall, next to its shopping centre in Dobrinja, a gift forthe residents of the largest neighbourhood inSarajevo's most populated municipality, NoviGrad. As a good neighbour, Mercator also set upa parking lot with 87 parking spaces, used byvisitors to the sports hall and the residents of thesurrounding buildings. From its opening untiltoday, the Dobrinja Sports Hall is used to its fullpurpose, by numerous sports clubs, and a placeof recreation for citizens.

On the occasion of the opening of the MercatorCentre in Mostar in 2006, Mercator B Hpresented the ci ty of Mostar wi th a do nat ion

for the construct ion o f an i r r igat ion system in

the ci ty park. In this way, Mostar got a park withthe most advanced irrigation system, one that alsoexists in Sarajevo, Opatija and Varadin.

Mercator BH is also involved in support for theKu a na pola puta (Hal fway House)project, which aims to help children and young peoplewho are no longer in the welfare system. Afterturning 18, i.e. coming of legal age, childrenwithout parental care who live in orphanages arefaced with the problem of finding new

accommodation for themselves, as well as withthe challenges that living on their own will bring, which no one prepares them for. With this project, the Cantonal Centre for Social Work, a publicinstitution, tries to provide children and youngpeople who no longer qualify for welfare, withhousing and practical training for independent life, giving them shelter until they graduate from

    university, or find a job.

Mercator BH has also supported the project forthe inclusion of children with disabilities, calledIgrajmo se zajedno (Let 's Play Together).ThePragma Youth Association constructed a parkadapted to children with disabilities, by means ofincluding into an existing playground in Dobrinjaplaying facilities that are specifically designed forchildren who cannot easily use the standardplaygrounds. This concept of a playground iscompletely inclusive, because it in no wayseparates children with disabilities from childrenwithout disabilities, thus allowing them to get toknow each other, through what is the mostimportant form of socialization for children -playing.

At Mercator, we do business with futuregenerations in mind, and that is why we strive tocontribute to protecting the environment. Just aswe systematically manage all our risks, so do wealso manage risks to the environment, wherein wehave, as the major problems, recognized theconsumption of electricity and heating, and wastetreatment. As a socially responsible company, Microsoft

has been invests great resources into all aspects

of education, informing society about the

protection of children on the Internet, as well as

into activities related to strengthening the

    competitiveness of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

DonationsBy means of Microsoft's global initiative

    "Unlimited Potential", we cooperate with

NGOs, supporting projects aimed at the

introduction and use of the latest IT solutions in

the NGO sector, in order to improve the

    efficiency and productivity of these

organizations, and increase the quality of their

programs that deal with life-long learning,

working with children and young people, and

providing support in resolving missing persons

issues. In the past four years, the total value of

donations made by Microsoft to the NGOsector in BiH has amounted to $ 954,000, of

which $ 828,000 was the value of software we

donated, while the value of cash grants aimed

at projects to increase computer literacy

among socially vulnerable groups of the

population, was $ 126,000. Some of our most

significant donations were made to the

following NGOs: R.O.D.A The Research and

    Organizational Development Association, the

    Mosaic Foundation for Community

    Development, the International Commission

on Missing Persons, Sarajevo HQ, SOS

    Kinderdorf BiH etc.

    Partners in Learning

Through "Partners in Learning" initiative (PiL),

Microsoft has in the past 4 years invested over $

400,000 into projects aimed at schools,

teachers and students. Through these projects,

more than 1,500 teachers were trained in the y

use of modern technologies in the classroom,

and over 50 schools were given the

opportunity to participate in the program

"Innovative Schools - ISP". The training gave

teachers the opportunity to raise the quality of

teaching, while schools got a chance to share

    their experiences with advanced schools

around the world about how technology canraise the quality of all school processes, from

    education to management support. In

    cooperation with our partners (MDGF

    program, the British Council), competitions

were organized for students and teachers. The

student competition was aimed at fostering

    entrepreneurship among young people, while

the competition for teachers allowed teachers

to present their practice of the good use of

modern technology in teaching. In these

competitions, which were not held only in BiH,

but also at the European and global levels,

    Bosnian teachers achieved remarkable results.

Among them is the first place at the European

Teachers Forum in Moscow in 2011. Overall,

the Partners in Learning initiative helps all

those involved in the education process to gain

access to technology, training and resources.

    Child Online Safety

In order to raise awareness about the

importance of protection on the Internet, a

campaign was launched entitled "Child Safety

Online," focused on the protection of children

on the Internet, and the provision of a secure

experience on Internet adapted to children.

The campaign has been implemented since

2010, in the cooperation with the NGO sector, the Communications Regulation Agency and

UNICEF in Bosnia, and aims to make parents,

teachers and students aware of the dangers to

which children are exposed, and of the

possibilities that parents and teachers have at

their disposal to protect children. The

campaign resulted in the comic "@man," which

was distributed to schools and gives concrete

tips on how to protect yourself online. Within

    their volunteering activities, Microsoft

    employees held several presentations at

schools across the country on this topic, where

they demonstrate to children in practice howto protect themselves, but also warned them of

    the dangers that lurk.

    Panel discussion

With the importance of strengthening the

competitiveness of Bosnia and Herzegovina in

mind, in April 2012, the Company initiated and

organized a panel discussion on "How IT Can

Help Increase the Competitiveness of Bosnia

and Herzegovina." Participants of the panel

    were ministers of entity governments,

representatives of state authorities, local ITindustry representative, and representatives

    Microsoft BiH. Participants opened several

significant topics of discussion on how to

increase competitiveness, and all agreed on

one thing: that the greatest focus should be

    placed on education.

At Mikrofin, wehope that this is just the beginning of afruitful cooperation.

    Company Profile

Plus Ltd., a company dealing in

    representation, trading and services, was

established in May 2001. However, we are

also known under our operational name,

SIEMENS HEARING CENTRES IN BIH. As

the name itself suggests, we represent the

    worlds leading manufacturers of hearing

aids and audiological equipment, theGerman company SIEMENS and the Swiss

Company PHONAK. In addition to offering

these products on the Bosnian market, the

Hearing Centers also provide a complete

service for the hearing impaired, from

    diagnosing, determining and adjusting

hearing aids to meet the needs of the

customers, to sales, service, training, and

    consultations on matters of audibility.

Our seven employees, all of which received

either secondary or university medical or

technical training, in addition to working at

the Hearing Centre in Sarajevo, Tuzla and

Mostar, are also, when appropriate, engaged

    in medical institutions, hospitals and

health centers throughout the country. Our

operations are closely linked with the health

    insurance agencies, which participate in

the supply of hearing aids of the patients

they insure, as well as with the State Agency

    for Medicaments and Medical Devices,

which, after registering the hearing devices,

issues permits for their sale in BiH. Sincethese are specific job positions for which

no formal education exists in the region,

    all employees undertake and regularly

attend all the training sessions, seminars

    and professional workshops organized by

our foreign partners. We ensure that the

knowledge and expertise of our employees

can match those of colleagues at the global

offices of the companies we represent,

which is a commitment we undertook

under the contract made, and we strive tobring to our market the latest technologies

    in the related fields.

Although we are a small private company,

we ensure the satisfaction of our employees

by frequent training programs, thepossibility of business travels, regular

annual visits to the worlds largest fair

and the Congress of Audiologists and

    Audiological Equipment, but, first and

foremost, by a healthy, normal, almost

    family working atmosphere where

all problems are solved quickly and

    harmoniously.

    Our projects

From the start of our business operations,we have experienced the prejudice and

stigma that people with hearing loss and

those who need to use hearing aids face.

In addition to educating our customers

who use hearing aids, we have published

translations of professional articles in the

daily and weekly press, as well as appeared

on TV programmes, talking about the

early detection of hearing impairment in

infants and young children, and the need

for treatment and rehabilitation, as well as

on the dangers that threaten the hard of

hearing, deafness as a consequence of age

    etc.

Care for childrenHearing impairments in children are

occurring more frequently in the world.

Thanks to modern technology, a lot can

be done so that these children have a good

start in life, if the disorder is detected on

    time.

After a campaign by UNICEF for the supply

of hearing aids to the students of the Centre

for Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation in

Tuzla, in which we participated by giving

diagnoses to 85 hearing impaired children,

and donating ear pads and batteries

for hearing aids, we also independently

    initiated, led, found donors, participated

in the financing and awarded donations to

similar schools in Sarajevo and Mostar.

We also included Croatian singer Severina

in the campaign to donate hearing aids

to the Centre for Hearing and Speech

Rehabilitation in Sarajevo, while the hearing

impaired children at the Los Morales Centrefor Children with Special Needs in Mostar

received help from the Spanish battalion of

    the UN.

    Helping the elderly

We strive to provide the best possible

service and assistance to the elderly and

bed-ridden, and thus have for years paid

regular monthly visits to nursing homes

in Sarajevo and Tuzla, where, if necessary,

we use mobile diagnostic audiologicalequipment to measure the hearing of

    patients, maintain and service hearing

aids, supply batteries and other accessories

necessary for the operation of appliances,
