Name of Program/Activity: Provision of food/relief assistance Location : Teresa, Rizal

The company and its host and neighboring communities agreed to provide emergency food relief assistance through the provision of rice packs through its SDMP and CSR. This is to provide basic nutritional needs to severely affected families during the COVID-19 pandemic and to assist community stakeholders during transitory food insecurity brought about by the general community quarantine (GCQ). The Barangay LGUs led in the repacking of rice and in the house-to-house distribution of relief goods.

Through the SDMP, Brgy. Dulumbayan was provided with a total of 1,000 households with rice and canned goods and instant noodles while Brgy Prinza was provided with a total of 2,100 households with rice. The host communities, united to help their neighboring barangays, also realigned a total of P140,000 to assist the 7 secondary impact communities in Teresa. As part of our CSR initiatives, we also donated 100 sacks of rice to the local government of Teresa.
